Bought Arenado this morning leaving Belli as the last card for LS. Got lucky in the headliner pack from the free NBCD. I saw NL RF and completely expected Yeli or Harper. I didn't get LS done until like Dec last year and I still have 300k in stubs to play with after buying Rollins this morning. Glad my LS grind is over. Time to grind for Trout.

Doing a bit of a breakdown, last year you essentially got 3 program stars per 9 inning game. This year if you play a ranked season game maybe you’ll get 2k-3k or so xp a game. That translates to a much slower progression to 350k xp than the old method.

Add to it that showdown only gets you 35k which I believe is significantly less than showdown gave last year stars wise and I really think that casual players are likely to be locked out of getting to the bosses, which is very unfortunate.

That alone is 205k. So you just need 145k XP over the next 27 days which is roughly 5400 XP/day. if we go by your #s of 2-3k/ranked game you need to play 2-3 ranked games a day to just hit the 2nd inning boss. That doesn't seem unreasonable to me. What i didn't include in my calculation was a second collection which is likely but I don't want to try and put an XP # on it because they have varied a bit.

No. Just no. Just because it's called XP instead of stars people feel the need that it needs to be extended. I don't recall seeing any of these threads last year. you maxed congrats. There is so much more to still work on like RS, BR, TA, RTTS, parallels, etc. If that doesn't float your boat and not earning anything for your XP bothers you so much play a different game until the next inning. Especially with XP exploits out there this is 0 reason for SDS to add more onto the reward track. Why reward ppl for exploits?

They always reward people for playing the game (when we can play it) and they always do a good job at putting out content. Maybe extending the inning program is not the best way to reward people that have had issues but they still need to reward people that are going through issues.

We have had tons of server issues, people losing stubs, people losing cards and ranked seasons record issues. At the very least a 10 pack bundle.

they don't owe us anything. Yeah it sucks that servers have been bad, but at the same time they gave us a great game this year, hitting and pitching finally work. Be grateful for a new game at all. It'll be fine in the long haul.

If I buy a car and it's not working for the first week+ I sure as hell am not thinking "hey I should be grateful they gave me a new car it'll be fine in the long haul"

It's a widespread problem that sds has blatantly ignored. Its an easy fix. Once all team 1 affinities are at 100% you should have every 42 series card in your inventory. Obviously not the market ones, just the non sellable ones.

I guess SDS had more faith in humanity to look at cards and see that "x1" and not choose that one. I had them all written down and crossed them out as I chose them so I didn't make a mistake in taking a dupe. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? I guess it's just easier to blame someone else.

So I went to log into the game after work tonight and it's a fresh account on my XB. I cannot find my acct info by logging in on the site through either my XB or The Show login but can if I log into my PS login which I switched from last year and have not bought the game on that platform this year. Is there any way to fix this or is my only remedy to buy the game on PS and link for cross platform? That would suck if that's the case.

I don't play online and yet I hate this idea. Pro APEX players complain about the quit penalty and it's only 10 min iirc. The game cannot discern from a legit internet drop and someone quitting so yeah let's throw a nice penalty on both. Good way to lose players imo. Not to mention with the servers still randomly dropping how many threads do you want to see on here of ppl crying about an hour penalty for SDSs servers dropping?

The collections for these give you stubs back so there is no point locking in that many stubs for no reason

Yeah I keep playing. I'm at 50% on all of the TA2 divisions and working on parallels.

Just bought Trout and LS is finally done. Last year I didn't complete it until August so i'm pretty happy. It took a huge day of flipping as I had 150k yesterday and got up to almost 500k just a few min ago when i put in the order for Trout. Now it's time to grind for Mariano.

They don't show a "x1" above the cards you already own. That is how I got two Muncy. Now please gfy d!rtbag.
