Hello this post is not meant to be a hate post it's just meant to be feedback.

I am not very good at this game. I own and I admit that, I'm like a 400 or 500 skill level in head to head. If that. I very often struggle to make hits and score runs.

I've accepted that I'm not that good and I still enjoy building a team by doing all the offline content, And then I like to go online occasionally with my team and see if I can get some wins.

The showdown mode broke me. I ended up uninstalling the game because of it.. that game mode is actually quite fun but it's all or nothing nature is extremely frustrating for bad or new players. You can spend an hour on a run and if you don't beat the final boss you get literally nothing. Maybe some XP but that's it.

I really feel like if you make it to the final boss and lose you should still get at least one ticket I mean what's one ticket it's nothing. But it's better than literally nothing... If you win you should get five and if you lose you should get one. Maybe make it so you can't skip to the end(and still get the 1 guaranteed ticket) if you're worried about people just cheesing to get one ticket. But if you actually play through it all beat the middle boss and then lose in the final getting nothing is heartbreaking.

It happened to me four times in a row and that combined with the fact that I suck and lose online all the time I was just like what am I doing with my life why am I playing this game.

I hope this feedback is well received If a change such as this were to be made I will probably reinstall and come back because at least then I could feel like I could grind away and get the characters I want even if I'm bad and I lose to the boss half the time or more.

Hang in there - I didn't not beat 1 single showdown last year, I didn't even try after inning 1.

This year beat about 30 Team Affinity Showdowns and 1st and 2nd inning on the 1st try.

I play them straight through without skipping, I've come back form 8 down. Normally I want to be 3-4 runs to have a chance (Thats why do the little missions).

Showdown pitchers throw junk right below or just above, and they try to get you to chase the slider.

BE PATIENT .... move the PCI up and down so you get a good sense of the strike zone, and just LOCK IN in the middle. Some have suggested taking a couple strikes, that helps to.

Once the showdown pitcher recognizes you know chasing the junk, it becomes so much easy. And once you get it, you just keep winning at a good %.

I Didn't know who Vida Blue was until I Started playing this game, and his delivery is one of the best.

I'm dropping 500k at the beginning when available ....It will probably take a day for that order to fill. Hope to parallel V Superfractor by Friday.

I bought him at $320,000 sold him after 25 ABs for $300,000 ......put in two bids for David Justice for $100,001. Just ok for me toO.

I remember David Justice when he first came up, I made my mom buy some cards on QVC channel, and I got my David Justice cards 3 months later. Those wHERE the days.

PS ....I recently saw David Justice 2 years ago at his sons DJ Justice HS Football game.

Buy today - anyone who didn't get an upgrade, buy 3 cards at a time, don't try to buy 50 at a time or someone will outbid you quickly and you wasted time posting.

Scoop as many cards the next two weeks.

Make extra stubs on the side selling gold equipment ...buy 3 sell 3.

Been grinding the market since launch, have all the cards now and even 2 of each Battle Royale and World Series rewards cards because I know at the end of the year those cards will be 1 million.

I am a collector and don't play ranked seasons.

I'm guessing 10 parallel "V" cards but hope they only ask for 5. Right now I only have 3 cards to parallel 3.

How did you work the market to get all the cards already?

I'm a collector 1st - Im ok with not even playing 1 game if I can get all the cards. This is my 3rd year, and I have been hitting the market heavy since early launch. Making 100k per day is a bad day for me.

(You can click on my profile) - I grinding playing conquest for Jackie. You can see that I have Prince, Lou, Vlad. All World Series and Battle Royale cards I have 2 of each to sell at 1 million later on.

I invest - I have 100 burnes, 100 rodons, anyone you can think of I have. I got Rodon at under 100 stubs early on.

The key to flipping is speed and be patient, if someone undercuts you don't worry about it. Scoop up everything at quick sale.

This year I will play ranked season maybe in season 4 or 5, never played ranked before. Trying to create a storyline around Garrett Anderson who went to my high school, content coming soon.

Cant wait to try Jackie 99 tonight.

Did you buy stubs to use to flip? Just asking because I can't fanthom how you have all those cards in just 3 weeks.

I got the pre-order 25k stubs for digital release. I started flipping at 9pm PT early release and stopped at like 3am. I was getting like 6k per flip that night. Within 2 hours I was like at 200k. By Saturday equipment prices were so low on Gold eqiuipment (almost quick sale). I bought in bulk and couldn't push it fast enough that weekend.

Luckily for me, on Launch day prices for gold equipment wasn't in the 100 stubs it was in the 10k stubs.

Didn't buy LS diamonds. Invested like 2 million or 3 million in silvers and bronzes. I cashed in week 1 and expect to cash in every week.

On Fridays when they do update at 12pm ,I'm buying 1000s of cards because people are mad their player didn't get an upgrade.

It's all about stacking for cheap, then just reselling.

why do you collect the cards but dont play online modes

I lost my real baseball cards when I was 12 , now I'm 40 years old and I just love the collecting aspect of the game the best. I don't know how to explain it haha.

I will go online this year with the cards for the 1st time around season 4 or 5. I can't wait - hope servers are better by then.

It's just like a regular pack. I don't have good luck with headliners. Just 3 commons and a bronze ... something like that. No Abrams but it's a good card.

I've never hit well with Jackie and I'm a Dodger fan but this Jackie card is pretty good. I think he stands a little further from the plate, anything up in the zone he crushes. By far the best Jackie for me so far, I have only played 4 years though.

I Think there are some packs in the TA2 path, no?

I like Soriano too, have him as my RH ...PH ....... If I Wasn't a Dodger fan I Would go Soriano .....I like his quick swing.

its easy to make 100k+ a day.

Just pick-up a bunch of quick sales stuff, set your own price, and don't sell flip until your price is met.

Don't just sit on flips, speed speed and speed is the key.

I can play 5 nine-inning games on All-Star vs CPU per day, I'm at home.

Jackie is the end-game 2B 100% (maybe another SS other than Story like someone mentioned)

Worth the max- a million stubs, so 200k is a bargain.

sucks hit 650k yesterday playing CPU getting Al Leiter to SuperFractor

Fior the next what ....20 days I get zero XP ....but at least I can work on Vida Blue.
