Now that we have pin point pitching, they need to update the PCI movement in the strike zone both for the lower inside and outside corners.

In PS4 and PS5 it’s the square button. Still in the game and his timer keeps restarting to 50 now.

Just played a RS game and my opponent’s pause time was up. The message appeared to concede the game, I pressed the square bottom and his pause time automatically restarted! (I know of the Friendly Quit strategy, but we are not talking about the same thing.)

Has happened 3 times now... a high fly ball and suddenly the outfielder gets out of the animation and the ball drops in his body, can someone fix this?

Thanks! Lost one game because of it and nearly lost another one in the 9th because of this...

I’m 18-4 and it appears that I am 27 and 14. How do we fix it?

I was very early reporting though. Within an hour of launch. Ticket etc. Specifics with a stream running so I had documentation. It was only one transaction. Once I saw it missing, I laid low and did buy now only and packs.

There is literally no way of proof if you are not streaming... I’m sure they can figure it out on their end.

I was one of the first to report the bug at like 12:20 am. Got a reply very quickly. I sent a follow up yesterday, and got a reply in the last hour indicating it's almost ready for rollout.

Be patient folks. It's coming.

You get anything yet? I saw in a post that they started rolling them out.

I followed up with another email yesterday and I just received this back 15 minutes ago from support.

“We understand you are concerned about receiving or transferring in-game items and stubs. Rest assured, the fix is almost ready to roll out. These items are not lost and will arrive to your account as soon as possible. We assure you all of your items will be received.”

Sounds like it shouldn’t be much longer (hopefully)

No man, I keep checking the forums to see if they post something. I even enabled the Twitter notifications on MLB The Show’s account, and nothing yet. I’m missing big money here... more than 500k stubs. I wrote them another email and they haven’t responded since yesterday morning.

Hey SDS, do you mind updating us about the Canceled Order glitch? More than 48 hours and still waiting... hoping we get them back before launch tomorrow!!

Missing 200k told sds. Guy emailed me back saying check my inventory to see if my items have showed up. Not sure how my inventory would have stubs in there. Who is running this support team a 16 year old. This is embarrassing. Legal action should be taken on a company that takes your money and doesn’t give what you paid for. Complete joke.

Yes here we go. When a company takes money from you, provides no details of when you’re going to get what you paid for. That’s an issue and not how you run a business.

Dude... Be patient. Its literally been like a day. If what you're saying really happened to you, you will get your stubs back. They can't just stop what they're doing to make you happy at a moments notice. SDS is NOT going to keep your stubs. Get off the forums and quit complaining. Send in your ticket and move on. Its a video game. I bet if you took everything so serious in real life you wouldn't be worried about 200k in stubs. I'll [censored] that in the morning

Dude it’s not about the money, it’s about the horrible service and lack of updates. I have more than 300 USD$ in their hands. In real life, that means something, I work my [censored] off all week so I can enjoy the weekends playing DD, and not having them in time is costing me doing the things I wanted to do this weekend in the game. It’s been more than 40 hours...

Missing 600K stubs, had buy orders for Trout, Acuna, deGrom and so on. I purchased mine pre launch and got them, unlike some of you but after I cancelled those buy orders they went away. Agree with all of you, frustrating. I submitted my ticket an hour ago because it wasn’t fixed. I gave them time and thought, they will know and get it fixed.

I submitted mine yesterday, they will tell you that they are aware of the situation and they are working to resolve it. I though the server maintenance would’ve resolved the issue, but not the case.

Please SDS!!!!!!!! I really hope you send us something as a “sorry” gift. It’s been more than 30 hours since it happened

I submitted a report, they told me they knew about the issue, and that they are working to get our stubs back... I lost half a million stubs!!!!!! That’s insane man!
