I followed up with another email yesterday and I just received this back 15 minutes ago from support.
“We understand you are concerned about receiving or transferring in-game items and stubs. Rest assured, the fix is almost ready to roll out. These items are not lost and will arrive to your account as soon as possible. We assure you all of your items will be received.”
Sounds like it shouldn’t be much longer (hopefully)

Missing 200k told sds. Guy emailed me back saying check my inventory to see if my items have showed up. Not sure how my inventory would have stubs in there. Who is running this support team a 16 year old. This is embarrassing. Legal action should be taken on a company that takes your money and doesn’t give what you paid for. Complete joke.

Yes here we go. When a company takes money from you, provides no details of when you’re going to get what you paid for. That’s an issue and not how you run a business.
Dude... Be patient. Its literally been like a day. If what you're saying really happened to you, you will get your stubs back. They can't just stop what they're doing to make you happy at a moments notice. SDS is NOT going to keep your stubs. Get off the forums and quit complaining. Send in your ticket and move on. Its a video game. I bet if you took everything so serious in real life you wouldn't be worried about 200k in stubs. I'll [censored] that in the morning
Dude it’s not about the money, it’s about the horrible service and lack of updates. I have more than 300 USD$ in their hands. In real life, that means something, I work my [censored] off all week so I can enjoy the weekends playing DD, and not having them in time is costing me doing the things I wanted to do this weekend in the game. It’s been more than 40 hours...

No man, I keep checking the forums to see if they post something. I even enabled the Twitter notifications on MLB The Show’s account, and nothing yet. I’m missing big money here... more than 500k stubs. I wrote them another email and they haven’t responded since yesterday morning.

I was very early reporting though. Within an hour of launch. Ticket etc. Specifics with a stream running so I had documentation. It was only one transaction. Once I saw it missing, I laid low and did buy now only and packs.
There is literally no way of proof if you are not streaming... I’m sure they can figure it out on their end.
