Stubs don’t just disappear. You’d have to put in some sort of buy order. He’s telling you to check your inventory to see if the item you purchased appeared. If you are saying stubs just disappeared they will check your account activity to see if 1. You purchased stubs. And 2. Where you spent them.
I put a buy order in and cancelled it. If you check Twitter this happened to hundreds of players. This isn’t something that I just came and made up lmao. Literally go look at Twitter. It’s a known problem.
Exactly... During first hour or so after launch, anyone who put in a buy order and canceled had their stubs dissappear and they haven't been returned as of yet (for most people anyway).
Also people who bought stubs pre-launch from PSN had those stubs never appear. I'm currently waiting on 300K that never showed.
This is very frustrating to say the least...
Thank you. People not knowing what they’re talking about chiming in. Literally put a 140k buy order for acuna, a 60k buy order for tatis, cancelled both. Never got back the stubs.
Trust me I wish I didn’t even cancel since both prices went up. If I had the cards, why would I be complaining? Lmao people are bored with their lives. It’s extremely frustrating when you not only pay extra to play the game early. But put more money in for stubs and now 2 days haven’t received them back and haven’t gotten any help what’s so ever.

Had this happened to me in 17 with that nighmare of launch and servers dropping every ten minutes. Sds knows who lost what, jus giv it a lil time and you will get your stubs back.

Pretty sure if I didn’t like the card I would just sell it and get my stubs back? You aren’t the brightest person in the world so stop trying. I put a buy order in for acuna at 140k and tatis for 60k. They’re both now more than that. So if what you said was the case I would have made stubs not lost stubs. But again tell me how smart you are? this is a known problem bud. Get out of your parents basement.
Maybe I’ll look into contacting the people that run this forum and see if they will take action on you for a king false accusations. You’re pathetic.

Sorry they don't just take money for no reason. From what you described you put a buy order in and it went through. You then used card and decided you didn't like it so you you would email support and act like it was a mistake to get stubs back, but they checked acct. Activity and saw you put in a order hence why he told you to check inventory.
So nice try posting to get everyone to think they are ripping people off. If anything people should be mad at you for bogging up support with your fraudulent behavior and Sony should take action against you.

You said you lost 200k, then you posted you had a buy order for Acuna 140k and Tatis for 60k guess what GENIUS that equals 200k!!!!
Hence reason he told you to check inventory cuz he probabally added both cards to your inventory. But whatever it's been tried before that is why it is obvious, but whatever when you get caught we won't have to worry about your posts anymore. Have a nice day!

Yea I did I had two tickets going. One guy emailed me back but didn’t fix my issue. Hope it gets fixed today. Good luck man

I got mine back fairly quickly after I sent an email. And mine was a Betts and Bellanger order so I was out 280 stubs

Missing 600K stubs, had buy orders for Trout, Acuna, deGrom and so on. I purchased mine pre launch and got them, unlike some of you but after I cancelled those buy orders they went away. Agree with all of you, frustrating. I submitted my ticket an hour ago because it wasn’t fixed. I gave them time and thought, they will know and get it fixed.

I submitted mine yesterday, they will tell you that they are aware of the situation and they are working to resolve it. I though the server maintenance would’ve resolved the issue, but not the case.

Yes here we go. When a company takes money from you, provides no details of when you’re going to get what you paid for. That’s an issue and not how you run a business.
Dude... Be patient. Its literally been like a day. If what you're saying really happened to you, you will get your stubs back. They can't just stop what they're doing to make you happy at a moments notice. SDS is NOT going to keep your stubs. Get off the forums and quit complaining. Send in your ticket and move on. Its a video game. I bet if you took everything so serious in real life you wouldn't be worried about 200k in stubs. I'll [censored] that in the morning

Idiots. 200k in stubs equates to $200 in real money. So yeah, if it happened to me, I would be ticked too. Give these people a break that had these issues. I havent had any issues that i have noticed personally, but im not ignorant enough to harp on those who have.
