Before playing a game, back out to main game menu (exit DD) go back and play your game. Do it before every game; it works.

I usually take all the boosted contact (instead of velo) perks with behind in the count and 2 strike counts when they’re available, and I don’t swing until I have 2 strikes to wear them down. Plus Shohei is wild, so if you’re lucky his confidence will drain. Still need a bit of luck though.

This is always going to be a thing, as people who have the money to burn will buy their way to the top. Best way to combat it is to not watch these streamers and cut down on their monetizing of the game. I’ve personally never watched a streamer in my life because I spend all my free time actually playing the game, but kids these days seem to get a kick out of watching these guys for whatever reason.
Daddy Dimmu’s NMS series is pretty interesting; of course, he can go flawless and reaches the WS, but it can be done. I enjoy the process, some people enjoy only the endgame.

That’s the way it is to get credit for a inning for a pitcher but why would that affect team innings? Not saying you’re wrong but do you have any sort of proof or do you just like calling people idiots?

Why did the devs release mini-seasons in the first place? They knew it was broken
That's a little extreme. I think that it revealed bugs due to the number of people playing it and they couldn't test mechanics with the volume of users that a production environment has.
I've been extremely lucky. No issues here and 4 seasons completed. I'm looking forward to a new one.
One thing for certain though...

I’ve completed a few myself. Don’t understand all these problems people are facing. Just seems people like to complain. If you can’t get through one just restart or uninstall and reinstall game and go from there..
Except for a lot of folks it doesn't work; it's not about complaining. I was lucky but it sucks for those that have tried everything. If the corruption or de-sync is server side, a re-install won't fix squat.

This. Everyone knows the hitting engine is not good. People tell you to quit but what if you quit for a month and they fix it? Then you are a month behind.
Had a nightmarish run of RS last night; first game guy quits after I finally put a couple of run on the board in the 4th or 5th; no credit to me, I kept missing pitches to hit. Second game 1-0 for a while then I get a grand slam with Seager that the guy dashboarded, unfortunately

Next two games, I couldn't catch up to both Valenzuela and Don Sutton. Late on everything, or super early if I tried to adjust. Got one-hit by Sutton (finally broke through in the 8th), and was getting no-hit in the 6th against Fernando and said f it. Put it down for the night. Both guys had clear patterns that I could sit on, to no avail. Blah.

How is Sandberg? I play in a launch pad so I love Boggs. Not doing to well with Banks so thinking of moving Seager to SS and getting Sandberg for 2nd. Plus I grew up watching Sandberg and the Cubs.
Actually, not hitting good with any RH hitters including Pujols. I hit much better with LH hitters. Wonder if that is because I was left handed too.
I'm the same, and I was a SH (natural righty that worked on LH); the OP sinkers of the last couple of years has made RH tough to use. I used to go with 2 LH max because I was wary of meeting a LH, and could always hit R-R. Not as much now; plus, there's not many quality LHP available right now.
I can hit with Seager, Devers, even Kenny Lofton. Luis Robert is batting 8th and there for his D, even if his attributes are good against RHP.

I'd actually really like either of these. I know most people want hitters but Robbie Ray was my favorite POTM along with Votto last year. Well O'Neil was great too. Semien and Buxton were fun for a bit. I couldn't stand Schwarber(I couldn't hit with him) even though he was everyone's end game catcher till Foxx came out. So, basically they were all good and I have no point.
Oh...but Ray was a top 5 SP for me.
