Thanks for turning on 120hz for offline. That was a good first step, yet when are you going to enable it for online??

The 120hz reduced my input lag in half on my LG CX (10.9ms at 4k@60 and 5.9ms at 4k@120). Now just need 120hz running anytime, all the time, offline and online. So, when is 120hz going to be turned on online? I suspect it will require all of your cloud servers to be rebooted. Feel free to reboot them anytime, as playing the game at 120hz is incredible....like I said it would be when I originally posted about asking about this over a year ago.

Not having 120 online too, makes playing the game hard as the timing windows are now very different. Let's not punish us players who spent $$$ on systems that support 120hz ..... and please enable 120hz for online play ASAP.

Play offline on Legends until they enable it.

Yes, 4k@120hz for the hardware signal. The TV confirmed it was getting the signal at 120hz, 4k. I have the pictures and video. Just was testing it briefly (went into an event game), and sure enough, 4k@120hz stayed, even online.

And that right there is a problem, if we're not allowed the same thing. It's night and day difference.

Not us Xbox user's fault that the Playstation 5 is an inferior system (both software and hardware wise). Sony has struggled with their VRR patch for the past year due to software compatibility issues. This is pretty funny, actually, as so many PlayStation people were bashing Xbox users before. Karma is a bi.....

I get it; it’s the fear of missing out. Not enough time to play everything so you do a bit of everything but accomplish nothing and end up frustrated. If you take a couple of days off, you need to get that timing back before jumping online. I appreciate the “lack” of content too, but still chasing too many rabbits. I should concentrate on RS, that’s what I enjoy most: full games that doesn’t raise my blood pressure if I’m down early.

I took a long break after 21 in September; then this winter I started FF7 Remake for a 3rd try (couldn’t get into it; now I get it, wow!) and did everything on Hard Mode, maxed everything. Had a blast; still nostalgic and may give it another go from scratch. I could take 2-3 days off and not panick and enjoy the company of others instead of wishing for me time to play.

Like said below, button accuracy is the only way YOU can control the actual throw. Buttons only will default to your players rating. Practice with button accuracy it’ll help you in the long run.

Get off your high horse paI. I work 60 hours a week and have three kids. These events are a breeze look at it is getting four or five wins a day which you can do in an hour maybe an hour and a half. If you want the cards for free for future collections you will find a way to do it otherwise just keep grinding conquest and other brain dead offline content with zero reward.

High horse? I work the market to afford these players because I don't have the time or skill to get them in the time frame they allow although saved event lineups is making that a bit easier as im not wasting time setting a lineup on repeat

But it's rich that a WS caliber player telling others to get off their high horse because they can quickly curb stomp others into quick event wins. I got no problem with you getting your quick wins and rewards but you seem to have a problem with lesser skilled players getting the rewards too otherwise why would you have an issue with events being 7 days instead of 4?

Yeah, sometimes I'll get on a streak and go 4-1 or 5-1 in events, but also 0-2. 4-5 wins in an hour means people quit right away and you're stomping them. 20 wins for me means 40-50 games. No one who works 60 hours and has 3 kids has time for that, unless he's a fat tub of goo and his wife takes care of everything while he sits and plays his stupid little video games.

We can't all be "winners" like him.

You a zone player?

Yes and like I mentioned before, the other interfaces aren’t going anywhere. SDS isn’t going to alienate players that want to use other interfaces. They are in the business to make money and limiting online modes to zone only will result in lost revenue. I don’t understand how that is such a hard concept

I already know why they allow it…player retention, that’s the motto for these games…not legit gameplay.

Go ahead and let them use them online, but why can’t we see what they’re using? Are they afraid that non zone players will get played a particular way? Timing and directional players are easy to exploit…SDS can’t possibly allow that, they’ll quit and won’t buy stubs/packs.

Nah, it’s a you problem, not a game problem. Get some air and quit playing; we’re all playing the same game and I don’t care what other guys/gals use as their method. If I’m better, I’ll win the vast majority of the time; if the other player is better, they’ll win the vast majority of the time. Losers make excuses; mature, emotionally stable people either deal with their flaws or walk away.

I like to stoke the fire a bit and go back to my life; watching you lose your marbles for a video game is funny to me.

Why wouldn’t you win all the time…if your the better player? I’m not expecting a response from you but figured I’d ask.

Because the best doesn’t ALWAYS win? I’m a mediocre player, but sometimes it’s obvious I’m better than the other guy, but I’m having a bad game, or make a stupid decision, or, guess what, like real baseball, sometimes I hit the s*** out of the ball and it goes nowhere. Sometimes I don’t deserve the win, but I steal one on a lucky shot.

So your admitting that luck can get you the win despite being outplayed? Can you see how maybe, just maybe, that might upset players.

You know luck factors in everything in life? That the reason human life exists as is is probably just a question of happenstance?

You know why the same group of people always find themselves at the last table in poker despite your hand being determined by a random draw every time?

Devers is a beast; bronze fielding (enough for corner INFs) but good arm (80+ power).

The hitting is out of this world, IMO. And from watching streams, I'm not alone.

Since it's working properly offline, I imagine it's not that hard. But I will say I'm not a dev so I really don't know. They could inform us on the matter though?

We could all agree or disagree on the game, the devs and the company; but one thing that is unanimous amongst the player base: information is not their strength. But faith is beautiful to see...

Not only is gameplay online downright pathetic, you have a broken game mode for a majority of players, you have patches with changes that aren’t even noted in the patch notes (120hz introduction) all topped off by matchmaking being what they broke from the patch with the player base being the ones to figure out the resolution to their mistake

22 is very close, and I mean very close to eclipsing 18 for the worst year they’ve put out but imo, 22 is already worse given what SDS has to work with and what they put out

I will not buy 23 until I’ve read reviews regarding online play that are positive into May of 23

Ign is nothing more than a paid billboard. Everygame gets a 6 or 7 unless you pay, then you get a 8. To be a 9 the streamers must like the game (also paid for).

To be a 10 the game must have tons of SJW propaganda, and the purple hairs on Twitter must go nuts about it, and conservatives have to hate it lol.
