Similar thing happened to me. Was winning in the 5th inning and my opponent let the timer run out. Then got a notice that the game was forfeited. Reported the game to SDS. Frustrating!!

I’ve done this in the past where I didn’t realize that I had paused after the other. So, the timer that was running was actually my timer. Could this have happened? I only ask because I’ve done it before.

Yeah, I'm on a monitor and I'm a WS and 12-0 player. I sparingly use four seamers. I think four seamers are the easiest pitch to hit.

I guess I see it that you are obviously really good and are also probabaly playing another really good player on a monitor because of your rankings. Probably less than 10 percent of the players are on a monitor. So, 4 seam fastballs are useless to a small number of you, but are really useful for and against most players.

I’m not docking you for being good. But you play on a monitor to make those fastballs look slow. So, that’s what happens to you and the other monitor players.

Actually it is people's not so good internet that makes the ball look slow. There are a ton of tell tale signs when you run into players with not so good internet. These happen all the way through from 400-900 but the higher you go in rank the more you see it. You want the best advantage you can get in this game? Stay away from really good (wired fiber) or really bad (satellite) internet.

not sure how they fix it, it was an issue last year too. the problem is it that it breaks out of the hand like an offspeed pitch ie curve but ends up 90+mph and it just is terribly difficult to pick up.

on a similar note, the 2 seamer has been a useless pitch for a long time too. would be nice to see SDS try to improve it. 2 seamers should have way more lateral movement. sinkers thrown high should lose a significant amount of break and shouldn't look like a breaking ball.

Oh nevermind, you get to pick from 3. One of mine was a "quit/disconnect" though. What caused that? Was it because I had an opponent quit? Seems not right.

Yes, just something would be great. Happy to hear the prestige level will take a while though.

I agree. 900+ per mission was so much.

I play them out. The XP and pack you get if you beat the 2nd boss is worth the risk. It’s not like it’s difficult to get back to where you were and you already made your stubs back at that point.

I’m going speed and defense because it is exactly the opposite of the meta and my SS is Rey Ordóñez. All of you will probably beat me but I don’t care. I’ve gotta maximize the fun factor anyway possible.

I just made a post about fastballs , from pitcher to pitcher. I swear Blake snells 93-97 was like 120 compared to Nolan Ryan and lee smiths 100 who came in on relief after him. I’d like to know if it was actually the deceptive delivery or a total miscoding (see fielding)

That happens to every player in any game in real life. We all know fielding in this game is trash so why are you surprised? This happens at least once a game to me.

Just ticked off. I made WS and it's been a struggle since for some reason. All of a sudden I've lost 3 or 4 in a row and this happened.

Dude, it's something about this ranked season. It feels like SDS is trying to keep the weaker players around for another month. Huge difference in gameplay since last RS.

I'm keeping personally. Best reliever in the game. However his price will continue to drop throughout this ranked season so if you're gonna sell, sell now. And like seanny said you could always buy back later for cheaper

Crazy that the most expensive card in the game can’t catch a ball because the fielding is so screwed up.
Send that video to sds or tag someone on here that works there. This is BS

Well, for starters, they added countless new animations. Which includes, a bonus or penalty for fielding in the form of jumps on the ball.

It makes fielding more important, but obviously they haven't gotten it right yet.

I applaud improvements to the game. If they didn't make improvements, you'd be complaining that it's a roster update for $60.

Well I mean I wouldn’t- all sports games are essentially that but add minor upgrades as programming and tech gets better. It felt like a better game than last years day 1, like 3-4 patches later, got worse.

I played a guy that had him. i think he had a Sweeping Curve or the Slurve...regardless of which one it was nasty and I couldn't hit it...but I suck so...

Pitch speeds got me all out of whack. My PCI placement is becoming the main reason I can’t win consistently. I’m not really complaining anymore since I can somewhat control the pitching issues but I think that the new hitting system needs to be tweaked. I’m getting so man fly outs to the warning track that are just good okay hits it’s becoming infuriating.
