Can someone with the video tech time how long it takes a sinker to travel to homeplate vs. a 4 seamer that is the same speed? There was a thread about this idea earlier and I'm legitimately curious. I get the whole "it moves so it seems faster" idea but I'm not sure I buy it because then it should apply to all other pitches and sinkers definitely seem different.

Also, 4 seamers should move some. Not a ton, but they should get like 1 movement arrow.

I just made a post about fastballs , from pitcher to pitcher. I swear Blake snells 93-97 was like 120 compared to Nolan Ryan and lee smiths 100 who came in on relief after him. I’d like to know if it was actually the deceptive delivery or a total miscoding (see fielding)
