this collection was absolutely unbelievable. its part of the reason I'm back playing MLB The Show. I've noticed most collections have at least one, maybe two mediocre cards, but every single card is amazing. and don't get me started on 99 belli and trout. i already have belli and I'm about 5 cards away from trout. SDS has really outdone themselves with this drop, and I can't wait for the 2024 finest collection.

in franchise, I would like more awards added. Clemente award, Hank Aaron award, heart and hustle award. I also would like to trade more players. 3 players isn't enough when you are trying to trade for Mike trout. I would also like to see the price for free agents increase, probably to $60M a year, after shohei signed for 700 million and soto is probably going to sign for around that. its just not realistic without these things.

just found out that there's an opt out after 2026. he's gonna be with them for 2 years at least. just weird

@TheGoaler_MLBTS yeah, thats something that really confuses me. you get about 38 out of 40 from TA but ive checked the finest cards that arent in TA, and they are all really expensive. thats just something that questions if im going to get trout or not.

terrible contract even with a guy like soto. what if the Mets are terrible? soto wont get traded. and he has an opt out after 5 years. HE SIGNED A 15 YEAR CONTRACT!!! AN OPT OUT AFTER ONLY 5 YEARS??? AND THE METS CAN VOID THE OPT OUT BUT THEY HAVE TO INCREASE HIS SALARY!!! I know soto is making almost 800 million, but come on. this is probably the worst contract i've ever seen. the Mets are about to pull a padres move and ask other teams for money so they could pay their players.

no 99 piazza is one of the biggest snubs in the game, if not, the biggest. I hate piazza cards because I suck with piazza cards, but as a long time MLB the show player, its pretty frustrating.

I wish Miguel Cabrera was in the game but we have to wait a few years

I don't really know why they bother with these. I don't know a single person who grinds the captain blizzards and I haven't faced a single player with any of the captain blizzards cards.

here are my top 3 favorite: giants, dodgers, Yankees.

NL: Billy Wagner, Astros card (they were an NL team until 2013.)
AL: CC Sabathia, Yankees card
MLB: Ichiro, Mariners card
this probably isn't going to happen, but I want to see it.
