This simply isn’t true. It’s hard, but it’s meant to be hard. Is it a little random? Sure, but many have beat it including me, and I’m a slightly below average to average player. They didn’t make these for everyone to beat.

I’m glad you’re getting lambasted for this. We aren’t stupid, we understand how the market works, but if I want that player at this moment, I’m going to put up an order for 500 stubs more, solely due to the fact that I want it now. I’m pretty sure we all understand how it works, but the good news is, you can’t tell us how to spend our stubs

Honestly, online is part of they game. They can’t make everything offline to cater to people who don’t want to play online. I can’t stand offline so I hate that I have to do all of these moments. They can’t make it perfect for everyone

Well this isn’t really true. The return is the FOTF player, which is quite a nice return.

Yes you can quit and your missions still count. Your PXP will only count after you’ve had 8 Plate Appearances.

I don't know how anyone can possibly complain about this content release. Team Affinity 3 this year blows away team Affinity last year and these cards have life series quirks. I am beyond pleased with this.

Agree with the complaining part, but TA4 (finest) last year was better than this.

Okay well let's wait to see what team affinity four is like this year before we all start burning the house down. Its the all star break lol

Ik I was just saying that TA3 doesn’t blow team affinity from last year out of the water.

What was team Affinity 3 last year? I believe this is better and I think you're under estimating the live series quirks.

Last year TA 3 was the legends, for the most part they weren’t that good of cards. These are current players that we get to watch every night and I think it’s great.

You’re going to pass on a pitcher that can bat 3rd for you? Have fun with that!

He's got a point. Why would you spend 350k+ on a pitcher that only hits 3 times every 4 or 5 games?

Not to mention the next packs will hold the remaining pcs for the collection and you can bet your asss those will add another 200k to the total. My guess is the collection will cost 500k. Not worth it when you already have a lienup full of high 90s for free.

I will definitely finish the collection, but there is no rush to do so.

Edit: if they make it to where he can play everyday left field and still pitch every 5 games then that would change my stance.

I personally will get him no matter what it just depends how much time it takes. He's a good pitcher and he'll be a beast those every 5 games he plays if he can't play in the field.

Yeah he will be good. So will all the other 99 pitchers. It's just a price thing for me. You can buy the top 5 pitchers on the market right now for the same price.

The other 99 pitchers still won’t be able to hit, that’s my point

It’s free money, and so easy to do. You do your method and we will do ours.

Griffey will only drop. He will get a 99 at some point, and he’s a headliner. Those packs will get sprinkled throughout the game. Dominguez may go up because he’s an event reward and won’t be gettable until the last event of the year. Also, he’s a switch hitter and a yankee which might keep his price higher.

That's my quandary. I figured that Griffey would eventually get a 99.

Dominguez on the other hand; this is probably his highest card.

But once I complete the POTM Programs and AS Program, I'll have multiple OF players.

Dominguez would probably be a bench bat at most. Is it worth having 60K+ on the bench?

Dominguez is literally the best CF in the game. He is a 5 tool player. I have him halfway between parallel 4 and parallel 5. He will never leave my lineup. Switch hitter with power, speed, cannon and defense. The only thing trout might have over him is the live series quirks.

Even better than AS Acuna or POTM Buxton?

He is those but as a switch hitter. Trust me, keep him.

I'm not a math guru but the odds of pulling a Trout out of one of those is super slim. Even if you hit on the 1:10 odds, odds are it's def not Trout. And he is the only one worth pulling at this point.

I didn’t say the odds are good, I’m simply gambling 20k that I will make 300k, and if I don’t who cares? Stubs grow on trees if you know what you’re doing during flash sale day
