Affinity stage 2 is future stars: confirmed

Ugh. I guess somewhere people are happy with this.

As long as the Majority aren’t ones that already have prospect card I can live with it. 2 of the 3 revealed so far are repeats, but the 2 repeats are a headliner and an event rewards. Hopefully the TA ones are new

I was pretty sure this wasn't what it was and I'll admit I was wrong. I still dont have an issue with it but still feel FS could have been featured a differnt way

Trying to not be disappointed, but I am still trying to wrap my brain around why Bob Gibson gets a 85 breakout, and then Dane Dunning gets a 91 FS. Something doesn't feel right about this. Dunning might never post an MLB ERA under 4, let alone a 1.12.

Yes. Madrigal has an 86 and he’s a headliner this week as a 95.

They were probably planning on more Topps now type of cards, but without a season going on, options are limited. However, new variations of legend cards would have been better than fake rating cards, imo.

This sort of makes sense. The first level of card you get on affinity is a gold prospect. Then diamond card. Next could be diamond prospect. Then Gold legend should be next. Then maybe diamond Or gold Rookie, followed by a maybe a diamond legend. Then end on a diamond legend and or diamond Finest card.

So for Yanks we get like Prosepecr Jason Dominguez, gold Rookie Cano, Diamond Posada, Finest Judge.

I do have to grind for Alec Bohm now

Why would anyone grind for a gold card at this point, they made them obsolete two weeks into the season.

There are only 2 more highlighted player thresholds. And I dont believe anyone would be remotely excited to grind for gold cards in a couple months.

The biggest issue i have is having multiple juiced cards for the same players and both cards being released in quick succession

Everything else is 'ok' as its good to get some different cards to play with. With content, ill give SDS a 'pass' to a certain degree as there plans wouldve been turned upside down with the season not being on. Gameplay on the other hand.....

I would like to have a poll made, to see what the percentages are that are happy with this.

The fact that the 120 card always said "Coming in the Future" instead of "Coming soon" like all the others made it a pretty specific tell that this was going to be it, imo. Still not exactly stoked about it when we had all those prospect cards already, one of those times I was hoping to be wrong

The other funny thing is that they are still releasing Prospect cards (upcoming event), despite everyone knowing that a better card of that player is right around the corner

Yeah, but this is a slightly better different gold Cano. This one has been evolved slightly, so it’s absolutely fine.

I just dont get the point of this...maybe its just me but i was hoping for something else...JD Martinez, Stanton and Suarez just to name a few! Because the season is on lock right now and live series cards wont get any boost i was hoping for this but yeah lol im ready to give up an early/okay hr to some dude who never even played in the majors yet
