Who will be this years honus?

The complete all collection card is coming back and you know it.... who’s everyone think it will be this year.

I’ll go 90s/00s as well, but an unrevealed card. ARod

I think It will be a surprise most likely. Probably someone older again (Like Dimaggio). I think mo and Ortiz will be inning bosses. No one is doing a collection that expensive for a reliever and a left-handed Frank Thomas

I don’t think either will be it because they’re gonna make it a complete five tool beast like honus so that rules out Ortiz, and I don’t think they’re gonna make it a pitcher. They don’t like to make cards impossible to get in back to back years so I don’t think it will be mays Ruth or chipper. I think Griffey pudge and possibly ted are likely

have they even put an a rod card in the game since he retired? i didn't play last year so i'm new to a lot of the new programs, but i'd personally be shocked if he were to be added

Pepe Alazar?

Definitely not Mo or Ortiz. A bullpen arm or a 1st basemen wouldn't justify the ridiculous expenses of the collecting.

I don’t see why they wouldn’t just make it Honus again.

Honus could be this years Honus. They could stick with it since in RL he's still the rarest/most expensive card.

Nah, they won’t make Griffey that difficult to obtain. I’d say they’ll make him an inning boss again. Hopefully they don’t make him a flawless reward.

Yea Griffey or Honus seems to be make sense. Both 5 tools and both very popular. Who else is a 5 tool player that we are missing and very popular?

That’s why I’m nervous that he could be a flawless reward. Griffey is their biggest legend, and he was the cover athlete a few years back. I can’t imagine that they would make him so difficult to obtain.

I don't know what the rights are etc, but it would be cool to have a Negro League player such as Josh Gibson

I wouldn’t say he’s their biggest legend but definitely their most social legend.

But May's was hard to get last year, so he'll probably be easy this year.

They aren't going to get ARods rights and then not announce they have him and wait to release him until mid season. This would be about the most boneheaded thing they could do, business wise.

I agree Mays is absolutely the best 5 tool player but he was a collection reward last year granted it was just the live series but I don’t think they will go that route for him again. I could be wrong, we’ll see.
