One card I've never seen

Licensing. He wasn't even in the game when he was still an active player

After watching Bonds talk on the TV, I just realized I don't think I've ever seen a Barry Bonds card in DD. Roids (they had McGuire and Sosa last year)? Or licensing?
The only one preventing Bonds from being in the game is Bonds.
He spent the last 5+ years of his career not in the games cause he left the players union (or talking with the media)
Now that he is making appearances again, it is no longer impossible for him to be in but I still think it's several years away at the earliest.
As it always has been ,it's all up to Bonds. -
Is he the only former player that can't be in DD?
Can't off the top of my head think of anyone else I haven't seen, other than borderline guys I used to be fans of. -
Anyone who they don’t have the rights for. Bonds is just a major one cuz he isn’t even close to being in.

If you're on the permanently ineligible list and you aren't dead. (Roberto Alomar & Tucapita Marcono) It remains to be seen whether permanently ineligible dead players (Rose/Jackson) will be available to use. And I don't think SDS wants to kick down that door until at least one of them ever enters the Hall.
Bonds can be in DD, if he ever makes a deal with SDS. But given his prior reticence, it's highly unlikely.

Rose and the "Black Sox" are no longer permanently ineligible, Manfred changed it to a lifetime ban after Rose passed.

I'd still put Baseball Stars first, but 2005 is up there.

@TheJeweledLotus_PSN was literally coming here to say that.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a Daryl Strawberry, Doc Gooden, or David Cone card. I'd love them to bring Ichiro back.
