<![CDATA[One card I've never seen]]>After watching Bonds talk on the TV, I just realized I don't think I've ever seen a Barry Bonds card in DD. Roids (they had McGuire and Sosa last year)? Or licensing?

Rose and the "Black Sox" are no longer permanently ineligible, Manfred changed it to a lifetime ban after Rose passed.

The only one preventing Bonds from being in the game is Bonds.
He spent the last 5+ years of his career not in the games cause he left the players union (or talking with the media)
Now that he is making appearances again, it is no longer impossible for him to be in but I still think it's several years away at the earliest.
As it always has been ,it's all up to Bonds.
