I've heard a little about the good old days, but not in depth.I switched from 2K to find a more user friendly game and whilst The Show fit the bill (and is still better), even in my 18 months here, i've seen a huge diminution in many areas whilst there has been an adoption of some 2K-esque money hungry initiatives.
I'd love to find a game that's reliable, user friendly and scratches the sports game itch I have since I was a kid, but alas, I think The Show is still my only option.

SDS... Don't you run a release in Dev environment before releasing it to LIVE environment?
Don't you test if the new release has fixed the intended issue-and that it has not created conflict with other existing features?What's up for real? If this were any other industry, it would be called a breach. You're taking advantage of the players by not providing proper service.
Stop deploying updates to LIVE without testing them in a DEV environment. Also, always have the previous infrastructure backed up- so that in case of an issue, you can simply return the system to the previous working version. Make sure to have the ability to quickly revert the system if there's an issue. This is kindergarten programming engineering tips. Come on bro.

Between everything that’s happened this year Toss ur community a free 50 with a random chase pack or smt cause this has been almost unbearable yet we proceed to spend are free time on this game.

in the tech field...when there's an issue, it's always advised to give an explanation that cannot be proven but also does not put the blame in your system. Also explain it with higher level tech language. As it stops further questioning from those not familiar.If this was or is a DDOS attack... Dont you (SDS), traffic scrub? As a multiplayer game, didn't you apply traffic layers to drop bad or suspect traffic??

They made themselves a target as a whole when Playstation announced they were ending disc version for games in 28'. I cannot remember this happening before and this is the only thing that would explain WHY it's happening now.

Sorry to bump this…
Can’t get to ANY Collections to add Spotlight and/Topps Now players. Get a “network error” after a minute or two of the baseball spinning.
Taking forever to move around in the game.
Edit to add: just tried a mini season game….”network error”
I’m done for the night. What a mess….

Stats & Standings Dashboard is a no go. What else is having a "network communications error"?

App is down, Marketplace on console is very slow, the only ones that seem to be profiting are the bots. Server feels like it's on its last legs.
