I tried at 930 ET and the screens took so long to load that I didn't even try to play a game

I get it, by comparison they have it easy.
This level of incompetency wouldnt be tolerated at walmart. They let a glitch go through unoticed that gave thousands of packs to playes for free. Others had to buy or spend days of gameplay to get what the exploiters gained in a few hours for free. Amd what were the cinsequences? They are lucky the didnt get sued.
Certainly not wrong, although I'm not sure about the suit thing though.
I guarantee most of the devs at sds dont even like baseball.
I think this is also one of the principle issue, not just with SDS but sports gaming as a whole right now. I wouldn't be surprised if much of the development is outsourced.

The game was released on March 13. That's 101 days (not counting today, which is unplayable right now). That's averaging 6 hours a day. Your job must not be that time consuming/stressful/important if you're able to play 6 hours a day on average. I'm a teacher, and I have summers off. I feel like I play a LOT. Even then, I'm averaging about 2.83 hours a day... WITHOUT having a job during the summer.

@Sarge1387_PSN the only reason they havent been sued is becsue it would cost too much time and money. It would also take a high level of pettiness, but i can assure you that them selling a product to 1 person while allowing others to gain and keep the same product for free by breaking an agreed upon contract (tos) with zero consequence would be a civil case a court would hear.

@go4stros25_PSN now it’s usally pretty shakey after big drops like me seasons or like Christmas,blitz for a cpl hours after them.

@go4stros25_PSN there is still time. They may get a class action law suit for anyone who spent money on stubs this year, because of the pack glitchers. Mainly because they didnt do anything about it, besides make a post on Twitter. This would absolutely be a civil matter that would be heard. It only takes one person to lawyer up.

@go4stros25_PSN as a software dev, that's not how things work. As game devs, a lot of them are going to be working crazy hours, including 100+ during crunch time. Corporate overlords are always demanding more while not replacing people who quit. Working anywhere sucks these days, even if it's an office job instead of a manual labor job.

This is beyond acceptable. There's gotta be legal recourse. They should never have released this game. They knew it was getting worse and harder to fix these last few years. Unable to use what we've paid for the way it was intended. I've sent three tickets without response this year. Have some accountability. My time has value.

As far as legal recourse there is none. By agreeing to TOS, you agree not to sue them.

What a cowardly way of looking at this. You're saying:
"The product that I've paid and dedicated so much time towards doesn't work, so I should just accept that and be ok with being scammed. It's my fault for even caring and if I didn't care as much, it wouldn't matter". How dumb.
If someone brought you the wrong food at the restaurant you went out to eat at, would you just eat it anyway? and JUSTIFY IT BY saying, "well if I didn't chose to come here it wouldn't have happened, so its my fault. "
no, we all know we wouldn't accept this [censored] with the rest of the stuff we put our time and money into.
