Nope, I won't get it. The Cardinals totals for the final mission and my playtime are just not compatible. They seemed out of reach so I stopped trying

While I would never say that he is the culprit as I think he set all the marks I need to cross.
Only Brooks Robinson and Carl Yastrzemski spent longer with a single team that I am aware of (23 season compared to Musial, Al Kaline and Mel Ott's 22 seasons)
Stan is 4th all-time in hits (3,630) , 10th all-time in runs (1,949), and 32nd in HRs (475). HR's is the only one I even had a shot at. I am sitting at 432 HRs with Cardinals but with the other two number so distant there is no point to chase it.

I'd need apx. 683 more games to qualify just for hits. That's not happening before 26.
For the record, the Cards are the 3rd "toughest" team remaining for me, behind the Braves and Tigers. (You think Musial is bad? Try topping Hank and Ty!)

Very nice! I have a Dbacks #1 fan icon. I am about 2 years away from getting one for the White Sox. Nowhere near it for any other clubs.

I have the Dodgers #1 icon and am over 70 percent for the DIamondbacks and Mets. I need two of the 350,000 goals for each team for 100 percent.

@Dolenz_PSN Alec Burleson will always have a special place in my heart for the amount of HRs he got me while I grinded out the Cardinals #1 Fan icon.
Also, the fact that I got the icon 2 days before they released the Moonshot Ozzie Smith almost made me cry grown man tears.

I finally obtained the New York Mets today. The only one I planned on getting.

I just couldn't do this grind.
I really like the idea of a team based grind, but when 80% of it is just get runs, hits, and HRs with no sub goals or rewards it just makes it all seem pointless
Give me a miniseason or a conquest that requires a full theme team. Or events for those who enjoy online play. Give some cards along the way to fill holes in the theme (even if just low diamond versions of live series relievers)
This is like playing an RPG where you level as normal for the first 20 levels getting new skills and gear, but then are asked to kill 1,000,000 enemies to go from lvl 20 straight to lvl 100 with no upgrades along the way.
