If people aren’t eager to use a 99 Hal Newhouser this late (and the captain boost means they probably are), then I’d hope they would put him in very early next year. I like to field an all Old Timers squad lol

Personally, I ask God to have mercy on their souls after the pain I'm about to cause them if they bring them in against me. Opponents probably do the same.

Hope they can fix Cool Papa Bell 99 card not getting old timers boost. Having to use his 80 for now.

Tom Seaver’s Mets Cornerstone didnt count for OT IPs - he debuted in 67. I know it specifies cards have to be within the timeline.
E: Same with Reds Corner Johnny Bench - are Corners based on a specific year?

E3: Program mentions Jim Kaat but only his Jolt & Sig work, CHW Prime is ‘73 - again, well played game.

Seaver: The age on Seaver's cornerstone card is 26.
According to Baseball Reference, Seaver's Age 26 year was 1971.Bench: Cornerstone age is 22.
BR says that was 1970.Missions say any card PRIOR to 1970, so Bench just missed out.

I always go with the ones they list if I have the card to play it safe.
