Been using amix of Basillio and Biggio of late. Just depends on rest of my line up. Buy I have noticed Basillio let's a lot of balls by him but his arm makes up for it. But Biggio been pretty solid behind the plate.

@ref479ode_PSN dude. The no leg kick. I was using him and couldn’t figure it out than the other day I was like oh this dude has no leg kick and it’s throwing off my timing. I always time pitching through my per-vision by the plays leg kick. And Simmons kills me with his semi step.

You can time the start of a leg kick with the Pitchers release... Fastball they start kick sooner or off speed the pitcher holds the ball longer.

Little strides like that or mcgwire for example is prob why most suck with mcgwire.

Go in practice mode and compare someone like Manny to mcgwire against the same pitcher.... It's pretty crazy how much earlier Manny swing starts than mcgwire by comparison

I have been strictly using all Braves for 98% of my games. So Drake Baldwin. But on the flip side. Almost all my opponents are using Rushing…because nobody wants to try to be different.

If you're worried about passed balls; quit throwing junk low in the dirt.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN Best way to get people to "quit throwing junk low in the dirt" is for people to stop swinging at "junk low in the dirt" and until then, people are going to continue to throw "junk low in the dirt". 😁

LS William Contreras. Good enough Defense, good Contact, ok Power, and excellent Clutch.

@xElRojo44x-_MLBTS He is one of the best if not the best catchers in the NL right now in the actual MLB!

I don’t have Simmons yet but Varitek has a great swing and he’s a switch hitter. Not to mention he has pretty high vision so he’s easy to hit with.

I am using Joe Mauers' "Twentieth Anniversary," card at catcher. He has a great contact bat, good arm, good blocking skills, and hits the occasional homer. I'll take him over many of the catchers in this game.

I play offline only. That Kyle higosheowa (sp) hits ‘em very far (when he makes contact). 🤪

Astro catcher Yianer Diaz. He can actually throw people out and he can swing it good.

I found him unusable. Strike 3 slider slightly outside? passed ball.

The gold catcher that hits best for me is Drake Baldwin

Simmons has been clutch for me. The switch hitting with clutch is perfect. Lacks pop but if you can set him up with a couple speed guys in front of him to get on base, he is driving them in. I have not tried Veritek yet but even as his price has gone down I cant justify the stubs on him because I have Simmons.

@mubby_33_PSN It's understandable if you simply don't want to, but the grind to get him in the Multiplayer program really isn't that bad.
