Can anyone tell me how to actually contact support?

I need to get in touch with the actual support team at SDS, if they even exist at all, for help with my show account login, however they don't respond nor acknowledge tickets.

You can click that link and leave a ticket. Now, to be honest with you, beyond receiving a boiler plate reply via email sent to the email address that you provide, I have no idea how well or poorly SDS will respond to the ticket. It is frankly easy in this era we live in where there is almost a scientific level of appearance and image over substance, to presume that precious little is done.
In my own experience of submitting these tickets for bugs, I cannot offer much reason for optimism. I wish it was otherwise.
As paying customers, we just are not given an avenue for direct personal contact. I doubt that even calling SDS at the phone numbers one can find online would result in anyone actually answering the phone much less engaging in a meaningful conversation, regardless of how professional the customer calling remained.
It's sad really, as this walling off between corporation and customer just makes people jaded all the more and so companies come and go, survive and fail, but at best never achieve the level of economic success theoretically possible because corporations today hide behind their legal teams and make it a policy to avoid direct contact with customers.
