Face Scan not loading camera

We are trying to gather devices with similar specs to test.
At the moment, we suspect this could be a hardware incompatibility with the post-processing library.

I think it's the fact that you have an android phone, I had one in 22 and got no notifications switched to iPhone and I now get notifications

Google Pixel, camera won't load, just spins. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still same issue.

@Manu__SDS So I was able to test the scan on the TCL 30XL on android 12 and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps.

@TTVcooponyt if you haven't already please see the post above with the link to enter your phone info. They are working the issue and trying to test phone models and OS that are having issues

Having problems on iPhone 13 iOS version 17.3.1. Everything but the face scan works. With the face scan it says it can’t initialize the camera.
