I think it's the fact that you have an android phone, I had one in 22 and got no notifications switched to iPhone and I now get notifications

@Manu__SDS So I was able to test the scan on the TCL 30XL on android 12 and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps.

Having problems on iPhone 13 iOS version 17.3.1. Everything but the face scan works. With the face scan it says it can’t initialize the camera.

I updated my app and checked everything I needed to but it still won’t let me make a new Face Scan, last time it worked was in 2023, It always says that it’s not accessible at this moment and the Face Scan button is crossed off.

if the button is crossed off and access is not granted, it's possible that your account is not eligible for the feature.

Been trying to do my face scan and it just sits at the loading screen for the camera what's going on I've had this issue since the show 23
I am playing on the Xbox series x/s can someone explain why the feature isn't working
