Heh. I know how you feel. I'll buy the rest of the CORE cards I need, but I'll leave Set 1 undone for just that reason. I would like to have that Chipper card, but in a few weeks, it won't matter anyway.

@SaveFarris you can probably get 280 "quits" if you pick terrible custom stadiums.

I think two of the captain cards are unobtainable now unless they release packs for them. One of the cards is Roy Halladay

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I played the game daily during Set 1 and not even close to completing. I don't understand what I missed, besides not playing online.
I didn't even finish the Season 4 TA and I have that set long since complete.
I know they are done with the game, but they should have released more Core and Set 1 cards as the season ended. Just dumb

Set One was the biggest one, I believe.
Then later sets required far less to finish.
The experiment with Sets created this problem. Set one and CORE are the only 2 I haven't finished. -

Or allowed us offline players a way to get the cards we need to finish the core and set 1 collections. I mean, the game is over, what can it hurt to put them in packs that we can earn offline?

Oh dang. What are the odds. It was that event game that I got lucky and put up 6 in the third inning to pull it out. That homer at the end wasn’t a great swing at all and was bailed. Momentum no doubt. Thought I blew it with sending Holliday to 2nd and getting thrown out.
Sometimes it takes some time for me to get going in those games while being older (40) when I get locked in though….. I did get lucky overall though and you played great.
