Most likely 3:00 pm eastern and Noon pacific just like every program they have released this year.

I just saw someone on Twitter reply to SDS' post saying that the program was coming out around 3pm PST.
"What time is that eastern time".
Now, I won't go into a diatribe about people not knowing time zone differences, especially in their own country, but I will say I am amazed that someone's first instinct was to ask the question on twitter. When typing the same question into google gets you an immediate answer without the ridicule. You can even ask your phone, alexa, google devices and get immediate answers..
