Yes I am.

I'm at around 60% on every division and I'm currently working on a mini season with incognito bosses and a few mission cards. I'm not in a rush. I've enjoyed using some of the bosses like Raines, Dunn, and Davis who I never would have tried otherwise, and at the very least they're free and easy to obtain binder filler to put towards Randy Johnson, David Wright, or Hank Aaron.

I am still working on set 1 but getting close. I should have set 2 done by Labor Day.
-
It’s more collections but sadly so many less packs. Like for team affinity shoukd offer so so many more packs not bronze and silvers
-
Yes but they are worse than the Charisma bosses from TA1 w/ a few exceptions.
As mentioned, doing so goes a long way for set collections. However, grinding out programs like this only for collection fodder is not going to keep my interest very much longer. I suspect I am not alone thinking this way.
-
I found it helps to play MTO to get them done quicker. Even if you play on Rookie, you can begin a division with 42,500 points. You can get even more if you play on a higher level. And MTO gives you points for S1 & S2 at the same time. The division your team is in is the division that gets the points.

this is exactly what i have thought. They are worse than the Charisma bosses. Only a few worth a poot. The grind isnt awful compared to past games but it dang sure takes longer than I want to use Cleveland or Diamondback players lol

How many games do you have to suffer through with cards you don’t wanna use for these free cards?

I don’t consider playing the game I enjoy to play “suffering” so, none.

Playing the game isn’t suffering. I play the game from 8am until 6pm and only stop because I love my girlfriend. Playing the game with players I’d rather not use is suffering. I’d give you the definition of comprehension but then I’d be called rude.

The only card that bothered me to use was Captain Eric Hosmer. You need 10 hits and I swear to took me an entire Mini Season to do.
Some of the Future Stars cards rake, and the other Captain cards are all fine.

Seems high grind, low reward. No, but I have never completed them in the past either. My goal is always just to get the Cardinals player. Anything I earn beyond that through normal play is a bonus.

Seems high grind, low reward. Not really.
While the TA cards do count towards Aaron, Johnson, and/or Wright, these rewards are temporary. I do not have much interest in spending hours grinding for expiring cards.
-
Yes. Usually like the cards.
TA 2 is also easier to complete.
- Less XP required vs CPU
- New mini seasons voucher exchange
- Repeatable XP with the program bosses, which they didn’t have last time

None. You can just grind pxp with the players you want then work on team build pxp in conquests and mini seasons until you finish. No one says you have to "suffer" through anything and finish it in a weekend. TA NEVER EXPIRES.

I didn't time the last one - probably around a few hours. You play 2-3 innings and about 1/4-1/3 of the season's games. If you play as a locked player, you play when they would (like in RTTS). For the postseason, you play 2-3 innings of every game.
I was showing a buddy MTO. The stream is here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1823390382
You play with Franchise cards and can develop minor leaguers, trade players, etc. For me, playing MTO it is a lot more interesting than mini-seasons because you often have scenarios (goals) to meet, and you don't have to worry about the pitcher's stamina as you do for 3-inning games. Also, you get a lot more points for it.

Seems high grind, low reward.I've been seeing your tag for years; only now did it dawn on me what it was referencing. As a punk rock fan. Who had that in some of my playlists for years.
