I got it done on my first attempt but there were some close ones that I thought for sure that I would fail.

Not gonna lie, I’m used to playing on much higher difficulty levels so when you say that hits are nerfed you are correct. On rookie and veteran difficulties the ball seems like they have lead anchors attached to them.

Worked like a charm. Although it took me entirely too long to score three runs on Ryan Helsley.
Tell me how a CP with 28 stamina can throw 50+ pitches and still have energy? We can’t do that with our relief pitchers in ranked. How can the CPU do it against us in Showdown?

I feel like stamina isn't as much a factor anymore considering this will be the only pitcher you face, so I get why stamina doesn't appear to be factored in anymore.

I’m 0-2 so far. I’ve only gotten to the 4th round. I just hope I get it sooner than the WBC one, which I’m 0-43 on. At least with TA we have repeatable missions, so we can skip the showdown if we want. It’s only 15k, so it’s not like it’s a huge chunk of the program.

same, but that Kaiju one killed me. I lost to Robertson about 4-5 times in a row, but finally beat it when Devers racked one in into the ocean

I have not tried that one yet

It's a slot machine pull. Sometimes you get the cherries on the first attempt..sometimes it takes a couple more pulls. The one-armed bandit will eventually pay off though.
