SDS about to troll the forums by making it Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina lol. Technically they'd be classified as legends since they arent on active rosters now
Usually / in recent years the just turned Ex-MLB-players never appeared in right the next game (Posey as the newest example)

Mike Lowell is kinda meh. His best season offensively (2007) was also his worst season defensively.
And his second worst defensive season (2003) was one of his better offensive years lol

Yep, I’m with you for sure. I feel like there should be another category for guys like this: Alumni for retired player.

Lowell is better than Ian Kinsler, but still nothing terribly exciting.
Have to expect the first few reveals to be lower tier guys and the bigger names will come as we get closer to the release of the new game.

Have you read Ty Cobb A Terrible Beauty by Charles Leerhsen? Sets the record pretty straight and debunks many misconceptions about Cobb. He was by no means a saint and like just about everyone in that era, had his prejudices but he was actually a loud advocate for integration long before Branch Rickey brought Jackie to the Dodgers and had many other decent qualities. Extremely well researched and written

Mike Lowell had a .805 OPS lifetime and over 200 HR. He was really solid and def and at least a Marlins Legend :). Best season 2007 with a 5 WAR.
Nice pick, especially for the early reveals. Hopefully the very good one are coming later
