Ian Kinsler

Anyone excited for him? I am. I like these middle IF types that are well balanced. Plus I think I remember him playing pretty well back when he was in the game.

I’m sure he’ll be made into a good card but in terms of Star quality, it’s lacking. I hope we get some legends this year that didn’t just retire. I actually enjoy the old guys.

His best season was in 2008 with a .892 OPS (easily the best season by far he ever had). I expect some Ray Durham like cards (which is a good sign)

Not really excited for him but he did have a great Rangers Breakout card in 17 that I used quite often early in the game

He had a great swing in 17, so yes.

Seems like there used to be a longer layoff before they brought recently retired players back. Hopefully this means they will bring ichiro back sooner than later.

It's fine, the rangers could use more legends, I just hope he's not like say top 3 in yet to be revealed legends

Would love Adrian Beltre to return. Not unlikely either with this captain theme.

I’ll add him to my long “I wish I could hit with him too” list

Beltre had a 98 in 16 when he was the Dodgers collection. Back when attributes were normal

His swing was one of the best in the game that year so hopefully it’s the same.

I think we forget how good Kinsler was, he he wouldn’t been an all star more often except he had to compete with Pedroia and Cano playing in Boston and New York, he had 2 thirty thirty seasons..
-
Very Excited for Kinsler. He was fun to use back in 17. Any additions to theme teams that don't have alot are always welcome anyway

Hopefully not all the Legends have that pink and yellow color all over their cards. Kind of an eye sore.
