How does framber not get a supercharge?
-
Cease didn't last week, did he?
-
It was a great game by Framber, but also, the Tigers have been shut out 21 times this year.
-
Yeah I don't think you get supercharged for a quality start streak. Supercharged is reserved for having a great day, not season. CGSO don't warrant supercharged either. Unless it's a 0 hitter or 1 hitter with a lot of K's

I do think Framber is undervalued in this game and just in the minds of baseball fans. His strikeout numbers aren’t bad, but they are also not eye-popping. He is very adept at inducing weak contact, which makes him very efficient. He leads the AL in CG, IP, and HR/9

Adam Wainwright last season had a very good year and was penalized for the same reasons. He was silver all year long and finally made gold the very last update of the season. He was 7th in NL Cy young voting while being a silver all season.

And how is his card still silver?
It was a good game. His last game he gave up 4 runs, so no streak. Shut outs happen almost every day. One hitters aren't recognized let alone 6 hits 1 walk and 8 strike outs. This is a career year for him and I agree he deserves at least a gold for that 2.50 ERA, but they didn't supercharge Trout until his 6th consecutive HR game. The bar is high for a reason.

he gave up 2 earned and 2 unearned runs. his streak is still alive.

Don't get me started on this...
Framber should be sitting at 81 OVR at a minimum, but should have been awarded the TN card that was actually created by Topps. We needed the two " call ups" and Oswald Peraza more apparently.
Also during the "passthrough" for attribute updates, guys like Framber and even Max Scherzer got ignored. Want to scratch your head? Check out LS Scherzer break on his slider and Framber's change up.

I didn't realize 2 were unearned. Thank you. One more for the streak single season record and already in good company with deGrom. Three more to go. It really is a career year for him. I remember the first time Verlander went up against a teammate for Cy Young. Who knows?

I'm with you. I've never been a Philly's fan, but Zack Wheeler gets shafted every year.
