Cano will be in most end game line ups, I have completed all the moments, just have to play out the conquest map and parallel Wood still but I have no doubts I will get him shortly. I will just play DD and should have the program completed by mid September.

Are you planning on completing Showdown, or are you skipping that one? I also want that Cano card, but I loathe Showdown.

I attempted showdown 6 times made it to Chapman 6 times and failed 6 times, so thats going on the back burner for quite awhile.Completing all the moments, conquest and parallel 5 for wood takes you to 85 points probably 88 since you will most likely knock off one of the 25k repeats during the Wood missions. Leaves another 25k pxp to get Cano which should take a week or two of solid gameplay. Once I get to Cano I may give showdown another attempt but unlikely, Donaldson will be a slow grind out while completing the rest of the programs SDS drops.

I just got him, the 118 vision is underrated, a power hitter with insane vision sign me up

    35,000 more pxp's and he's all mine...

Yes, I can't seem to get through Showdown this year. Would you say 2020 was easier? I got through that one and I think 2022 is harder, which is OK. EXTREME!

It’s definitely giving me more trouble this year. I completed it on two different accounts in 2020 and that was my first year playing DD. I’m going to have Cano in the next couple of days without the Showdown and if I decide to just stay away from it I’ll have to Grind another 75,000 PXP for Donaldson.

That will be me... grind for Donaldson. I've taken to playing Showdown once a day after I've played RS (trying to pxp Wood). I just can't stress about it. Maybe I'll get lucky.

I should have Donaldson by early October. I'm OK with that.

I have 9 points so far. So basically I'm crushing this program.

I'll actually start Conquest this weekend and try to get that completed and if I can knock out 2 more moments I'll get Wood. Showdown.......hahahahaha. I'll have better luck becoming the next lead singer of Van Halen.

Chapmen is tough with only 5 outs… I almost beat it by bunting my leadoff over to second, then moved him over on a grounder, then with 2 outs left I tried a squeeze and the dadgum batter popped the bunt up to third.

My only issue with Cano is his speed. Putting him in the lineup takes one of my speed spots away so I have to bench Jackie or Roberts. I guess it does not matter if he hits it over the fence half of the time lol.

I couldn’t wait to bench Jackie, his swing felt slower this year, his power was just not there for me either.

Jackie was a huge surprise for me this year, with the power I'm not sure if it was the vision or tweaking his swing? Something happened from last year. But to me Jackie is the perfect bench guy. Has speed and can play almost every position. I've been using him to pinch run for Frank or Ortiz when they get on. It's always interesting how some people play better with different cards.

I’d rather put Honus or Jon Berti on the bench, they play every position except catcher and pitcher. Actually Berti is better because he has 99 speed, stealing and base running.

I agree if your just looking for a base stealer or bunt cheeser however, with Jackie you can sub for speed in the middle innings and are not hurt too bad if he has to come up to bat again. Berti is a low key sleeper. There is also the TN Mateo from the Os but his vision is trash. I was so disappointed with the Takashi Honus. Hoping he get an upgrade soon. He is one of my favorite cards of all time.
