Lack of urgency from Silver/Bronze/Common outfielders

I really hate how they always take their time throwing the ball back in. I've given up so many runs because the OF doesn't want to put any effort into throwing the ball. I get it if the bases are empty, but this was a 1 run game in the 9th inning, and Laureano gently tosses the ball to home plate despite having the best arm in the game

all fielders do it they hesitate just enough even on good relays a guy you think u should get out you don't because of that..
