SDS has made a game that so poorly coded. It makes absolutely no sense.
The hitting engine is not calibrated correctly. It hasn't been since the franchise moved from PS3 to PS4 and it has gotten worse in the most recent transfer to new systems.
Online play is at an all time worst position. Online is flooded with Cronus Zen users and Lag switch users. People are becoming more and more unlikeable in the community.
The game is a cash grab. Even though they only get my time and initial $60.
I really hope somebody loses the entire digital programing at SDS for MLB and they no longer can make this game.
I will say they know how to market to the masses and sell a piece of [censored] to us and make that [censored] look like gold to us until we all pick it up and play with it and then say to ourself. It is not gold.... it's really [censored]!

Also the lag switch complaint is a nice touch, I didn't know I was gaming back in 2005 again.

I like the game and the mlb the show franchise. You’re always going to get someone crying about some game or another. Do I get frustrated with the game and cuss up a storm? Sure I do. But then I realize, it only a video game. But I’m not going to lie, I do enjoy 21 better than 22. (The commentary for example)
Take wwe 2k22, for instance. I’m probably one of the first to cry about that game. Not about the gameplay, but how boring that game is.

Meh, have had arthritis in my shoulder since a nasty stinger in high school football in 1991.
This psoriasis, though -- just found out my insurance won't cover the only thing that smashes it, UVB phototherapy. Nice! Guess I'll walk around like a leper until it clears up. Good for the humility!
