If you like Trout on April 1st you will like him now. Maybe even more because he is better against lefties than he was. His price has never been about how well his card plays. That has all to do with LS collections. Once everyone has those done his price will come down along with the others. Maybe not as low as last year, as they have balanced out the economy a bit this year, but it will be lower after Oct., Nov.
Not to mention his overall will keep changing throughout the season.
And keep this in mind. Since his 0-28 slump he is 7-12 .583 avg., 2 dubles 3 HR 6 RBI. And OPS went from .953-1.025. All in 4 games.
All of this. Trout has a great swing and amazing quirks which is why he always plays so well despite his previously odd splits.
I was hoping he'd drop in price slightly (even 50k would be nice) due to being in the 90-93 tier of pulls but doesn't seem to be the case.
EDIT: Just noticed an older twitter post showing XBOX stub sale that just so happened on update day and goes through he 16th. Quite possibly a reason for the prices to remain/increase a bit.
