The difference between the Jackie and The Mauer, were that the Jackie was 1 pack and team affinity, Mauer is one pack... The Shohei all star one seems more likely a similarity. But in that one you didn’t need to collect all it was a number... They’ve never done a collect all when cards are all over the place.

I only have two. Randy and Hoffman. They aren’t locked in so I’m just going to play it by ear. I’m still a few big cards away from the live series collection too. Last year I was able to flip and collect fairly easily. This year without TA and the market being so hard to flip it’s gonna be difficult. Not to mention the chances on pulling a diamond in packs are worse than ever, I have a feeling this is going to be a nightmare,

Yeah. I just looked and they're up to 35K minus Joe (75K) and Delgado (185K).
Just wish the other cards I'm sitting on would go up. But with the way everything has been going; those cards will be re-released sooner than later.

Fair points, but if you're right and Babe is a 99, don't you think SDS painted themselves in a corner by releasing Babe and the Big Collection reward on the same day?
The Big Collection reward would have to be significantly better than a 99 Babe, which would be tough to do.

Yeah. There is no way this Babe is a 99. They would shoot themselves in the foot because any Babe released after this one would be obsolete.

I bought all of the pre-order ones recently for around 18k. Already got Hoffman from the event and was planning on taking Morgan once I get to 100 points in BR.
But have no where near enough stubs for Delgado. Guess I'll just sell off the cards for double what I paid for them now

I can see the Big collection having more than 1 reward probably 2-3 there would be added value in that . Also I think it will be a 5 tool position player, say maybe SS or Centerfielder that’s more valuable than a guy who can just hit who will just be played at 1stbase . All in all we will see tomorrow for all we know it might not even be Babe Ruth, last year taught be silhouette marketing can be deceiving lol.

We wouldn’t know about what packs would be in the new program until Friday either way right? So selling sometime between tomorrow and Friday (or later if there’s no new packs in the program) would seem to make sense

Be smart to at least sell Hoffman before tomorrow's new event since he will be on those rewind event packs.

Also, a 99 Ruth and Maddux as a RS rewards seems like a ploy to get more people to play RS. I have zero data but it seems like on here the general vibe is that RS are being played less this year.

99 Ruth makes sense when u think about it have to give people reason to lock in all those stubs. He will have max hitting stats but low defense and speed he will be basically be played at 1stbase(End game 1st baseman ) he will be the best hitting card in the game for a while but won’t be as OP as say a 99 Mantle or Mays,Griffey with god tier defense and speed in the outfield at this stage in the game.
Is it really OP when some of the greatest to ever play the game are the best rated in this game?

RS is my most played mode every year but this year with there being so many events and rewind pics I find myself playing that more than anything but I do want to play my God squad in rank seasons

I'm assuming the mauer from cover athletes and tomorrow's takashi reward will be vouchers for Fridays collection. Anyone disagree? Don't have Delgado and could sell my takashi cards to finish mauer up, so weighing my options
