Takashi collection - collect ALL

If they're requiring all the takashi cards for the collection, how much are they going to expect us to have of the other categories for the BIG collection? I have about 80-85% of every category, with stubs being harder to come by this year, they have a quality chance to really [censored] everyone out by requiring 90% of every category.

I legit can't decide what to do. I'm stub rich, but last year I couldn't hit with Babe online.
Offline at low difficulty he was my best hitter.
I might just sell all my Takashi cards.
Any idea if Takashi is part of the Big Collection too? Or is it separate?

If it’s not a 99, the prices could fall from the current spike. Also, I imagine it is collect all tomorrow, but there will be more over the rest of the year to make the collection cheaper.

I see this as more of a Mauer/Jackie Collection. The other series have small collections this year for low diamonds, but none of the others offer a high diamond just for that specific series.

Keep in mind last year one of the biggest complaints was how easy it was to complete tye collections and that everyone had those cards.
SDS has clearly heard those issue (TA being included in the "it was to easy) an now they will make the requirements harder so it takes people longer to aquire.
This is a good thing it keeps the idea that you are working towards something g instead of it dropping day 1 and everyone has the new reward with in minutes. Love the idea if it's 90% of all cards make the player base work for the reward

Almost forgot about that. If Maddux is included, get ready for the first HUGE $ RS reward in '22.
And that will motivate me more to sell high on my Takashis and pass on Babe.

Yeah, I don't remember mookie being easy to obtain. I remember quite the opposite. Even the streamers were pissy about how expensive he was.

I’m guessing they’ll be a chase diamond pack or something like that at some point in the store to make Delgado more attainable as the year goes on.

Man they really have me actually debating if I'm just gonna become a seller and roll with these non-high end cards. Last year I found it easy to obtain everything.
End of the day: the new cards don't give you much of a competitive advantage if any and you'll be able to eventually get them.

️I listed my Morgan at an amount cause I think these will shoot up more while bring the price of other stuff down so hopefully I can get lucky and might finish off some more of the Live Series collection

I already have them all, plus an unopened pack from the reward path. I think I'll hold that one until the collection releases. I don't play a lot of ranked, so the new one is going to be a problem. Will probably be really expensive

Im guessing with the Gehrig program coming Thursday and then the Future Stars Friday, plus the Conquest, they'll probably be sprinkling a few of these packs in there.
I'll just hold onto the ones i have and get Ruth somewhere down the line.

Ah u not done with Live series yet yeah that Makes sense . Contemplating if I should buy these 3 cards now or wait, I’m done with live series I want Ruth but I also want the big collection just wondering who’s it gonna be

We will get more of them down the line. So while it says collect all its really collect 9. I would be shocked if that was all the Takashi cards we see all year

Yeah more of the cards will definitely be coming.
I'm pretty sure we're gonna get an Ohtani at some point considering the artwork was already done for the digital deluxe cover.

.Yeah, I haven't been rushing things this year, did that last year and I was so burnt out by August that September and October I didn't enjoy the game.
So I just plug away don't take anything g to seriously and it's actually way better I feel way better playing the game even completed the BR program for the first tike because I just played and didn't worry about wins or hits or what ever and probably had 2 of my best BR runs ever.
So with the collections won't rush will just plug away and see what happens

I also feel like maybe the Lou Gehrig day program on June 2nd could possibly have a takashi choice pack as a reward .
