App is stuck "Fetching Data", When I try to log onto the theshow.com website it says "Error, Access Restricted"?

Still getting "access restricted" on the web portal, but the companion app is working fine for me now. Also submitted a ticket.

I keep getting, "sorry there was an issue connecting to the server". I've u installed, cleared cache, cleared data, updated, rebooted. WTF
