1. How do you know they froze it on purpose? Freeze offs happen all the time, although being up 10-0 he should definitely quit and is clearly trying to steal a win.

2. Out of the two of you, you are more likely to be banned for breaking the TOS and posting their PSN ID. You should probably edit that part out.

Well there's your problem...those YT clowns are usually win at all cost type players. Secondly, how do you know it was on purpose? Finally...should probably edit the username out

looks like he finally quit....but he likely didn't do it on purpose, the game unfortunately freezes sometimes...
