My phone is the Samsung Ultra 21. My app is now working. I had to switch to a default browser & for some reason it started working. Not saying it's perfect bc i still have to try a few times before it opens back up but atleast it is opening up for me now. Good luck to everyone else
Out of curiosity, which browser did you have before changing to the default which I'm assuming is Chrome?

My default browser is set to Bing but before that I was using Microsoft Edge. My wife uses samsung internet for her browser & i could use the app right away on her phone. Not really sure how it started working but i just started messing around with it & it worked

Please don't use Bing or Edge on a phone. Especially if you have saved/synced data between your phone and PC. You are leaving cheese for the mice, setting up a condo for them and providing music as well.
Regardless of the MLB app or site issues. Please don't do it. Firefox, Edge, Samsung Web. Anything else but Edge or Bing.

Have a Samsung phone. After I dl'ed the companion app and I open it, it asks for platform, so i click on Xbox then a mircosoft window opens up and asks me if "Im trying to sign into mlb the show", when i click continue, i get a "sorry there was an issue connecting to servers please try again". It has been like this for 2 weeks. Any advice for the fix is appreciated.
I’m having the same exact problem when I try to connect with Xbox for 3 days straight so far. Recently I switched from PS4 to Xbox X, and I have connected my cross progression for both consoles so I tried to connect with my PlayStation account instead and it worked the first time. So I’m not sure if it’s the app or Xbox/Microsoft. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, hook a brother up.

There was an issue connecting your account to the MLB Servers. Please make sure you have played the game first before trying again.
