Where is Trevor Bauer?

Dude’s paid his price. Do you know how many scumbags there are in pro sports? If he’s not actually found guilty of anything against the law, the court of public opinion alone shouldn’t keep him from his job. Her texts proved she wanted it kinky and there’s nothing wrong with that between consenting adults. I don’t like the guy but he should be playing baseball.
The court of public opinion impacts a team's image and its bottom line. He's in the clear legally, of course, but if he pays a price for reckless behavior, that's the risk you take. Especially in this social-media-run world. As someone who manipulates that world like he does, he should know.
And saying there are lots of scumbags worse than him doesn't really say much. Of course there are. But the game's the game.

He's hanging out with Eric Sim everyday having fun and appearing on Momentum YouTube channel. Fun to watch.

Silly me, I simply answered the question and decided to keep my personal opinions to myself.

I do find it strange that he’s in the FA pool for DD but if you look inventory page, it doesn’t show that you can get it in a pack like every other free agent.

Man the Bauer case is crazy. Bauer is definitely sketchy but reading that case you see she lies about a ton of their encounters and was coordinating people to corroborate her story. That's why he was not indicted. So he should be allowed to play. And she gets to live with any consequences although she was proven to have lied multiple times
Remember Shawn Oakman? Accused of rape. Coach lost his job because of alleged " rape culture" Oakman, a projected 2nd-3rd round pick goes undrafted and not invited to any camp. Years later we find story completely fabricated. Too late. Dreams lost, millions lost on a proven lie. Remember, these athletes are often preyed upon, and we gotta stop judging them in court of public opinion

We can judge. I'm not indicting him legally or even on moral terms, just for being a complete idiot that fell prey to his own power and influence. He did what he did with a complete stranger because he could, and that's DUMB considering all he had to lose. The stupid, risky behavior he engaged in as a celebrity target in not in dispute. Idiot.
This other kid's case is very different, at least the way you described it. Shame there for sure.

Who cares?
Exactly he is cancer to the game!!!!
Calm down, Francis.
Lots of people care. His is a contentious case.
It's not clear that he did anything worse -- morally -- than engage in consensual "rough-housing" with another adult. It's also possible that he is guilty of what he's accused of. What is true is that the state has declined to pursue charges, meaning that the first scenario is more likely.
I don't feel sorry for him because he engaged in laughably stupid, self-destructive behavior that was made possible by his elite status. Those with power and status like TB have taboo pleasures within arms reach at all times. He bit, and got bitten.
Oh, and his LOA has been extended. I doubt he'll be back with the Dodgers this year, and it's possible no club will touch him. Serves him right.
First of all it's Mr. Francis to you. And i wasn't aware of any "Rough housing" incident. My statement is based off his tantrum in Cleveland and his dumb @ss looking strut off mound back to dugout. So if you wanna ride his jockstrap that's your perrogative, but i hate the ungrateful piece of garbage. And don't call me outside my name. Grizz works just fine!

So "serves him right" is "riding his jock," eh?
OK, Francis.

The stories are parallel in that both instances someone lied and destroyed a person's reputation/life. Bauer actually has a video where he candidly explains everything. We found out about his [censored] life from a woman that was fabricating details about his [censored] life. A woman that asked him verbally and via text to engage in this behavior. I really think this is MLBs way of getting back at him for sticky stuff fiasco. Also, apparently Dodger teammates aren't fans of the guy. But just because he's an a-hole doesn"t mean he gets to be railroaded by false allegations. Too many times we find out victims in these high profile cases are not being truthful. Kobe Bryant, Zeke Elliot, Oakman.... It's sad because it severely negatively impacts actual victims of assault.

Someone already answered. No need for further debate.
