Anyone else get dynamic trophies for pitching or hitting but cannot get it to go down so they can get the other half of the trophies?

The achievements are awarded for moving up through the levels, when using Dynamic Difficulty.
Normally, you pick them up in order.
First comes Pitching/Bat Dabbler, when you're up to Amateur.
Next, you collect Minor Pitching/Batting Adjustments, when you move up from Amateur to Minors.
Last, you get Pitching/Batting Rook, when moving up from Minors to Rookie.

I assume your problem is that you hit a home run and jumped from Beginner straight to Rookie, and only received the Batting Rook achievement. You need to get your dynamic rating back down to Beginner and move up slowly through the levels to collect the other two achievements. This is unlikely to happen when pitching, as you need a few innings of great pitching to move up a level.
I don't really know how to get your batting back down to Beginner. I assume it should happen automatically if you bat poorly, but I don't know how long it takes.

All trophies popped for me after starting on beginner and working up, EXCEPT batting rook, which for some reason didn’t. I thought it may have been because I switched to RTTS and it levelled up during my RTTS time (previously doing exhibition games).

So I went back to exhibition games, dropped down to minors level by striking out with every AB and then levelled up and the trophy popped.

There is a slider that allows you to change how sensitive the dynamic difficulty is so you will level up or down quicker. That made the levelling down quicker for me.

they're working for me but weren't because when i started i put veteren as my difficulty default.

erase your profile, then start the game and it'll go back to the screen where it says choose your difficulty. Choose beginner and Yes / On for Dynamic difficulty. Then they will pop once you progress.

May be able to simply change difficulty to something else then back to dynamic without erasing the profile. Will it start at beginner then?

These are the worst trophies ever. I’m starting at veteran almost at all star? How in the F am I suppose to get “promoted”

You mean you have to uninstall? I don’t know what erasing profile means?

No not install. Just delete the profile that's saved. I'm on xbox so if you're on ps it may work different.

Start dynamic difficulty at beginner, level up to amateur, then minors, then rookie with good ABs and innings.

The worst trophy is catch a 110mph+ hit. Totally random.

The HBP one is bad but at least that will happen eventually in a tanked seasons game.

    don't uninstall.

go into the manage games when you choose the show

then you'll see the huge install and a smaller install with your profile gamertag xb name.

    delete only that profile save.

if you uninstall the entire thing and reinstall, i think it'll still keep that profile save. so your going to face the same problem.

you have to delete the profile save.

ya me too, i only bought ps4 to play the show.

Just go into practice mode and swing and miss at every pitch for a 1/2 hour - enjoy.
