1 million stub cards

I get that everyone has way more stubs than usual this year and I also understand it's the end of the year and we aren't getting much more new content. But why is there so many million stub buy orders for Mcgriff and Lofton? Does Loft make most outfields with Jr., Mantle, Trout, Betts, etc.? Does Mcgriff even make the bench on most teams at this point? It's all weird to me.

People have a ton of stubs and want all the cards in the game.

Has nothing to do with the quality of the cards. People just have a ton of stubs and nothing else to spend them on at this point

Because the cards have been available for less than 5 hours.
As soon as people start earning them, the price will drop precipitously.

Yea I noticed that. Just seems so stupid to me to actually pay 1 million for one of those guys when waiting less than a day would save you 600k. I guess that was the whole point of the post.
