I remember when I first found this forum. It was probably back in 2011-12ish. The mods and devs were all over the forums communicating, listening. It was a very positive relationship with SDS.
Then DD took off and the communication stopped. So obviously that relationship is going to dwindle. I think when Ramone basically mocked consumers on a live stream is when the communication went from very little to none at all.
If SDS sees this, we just want communication. That you’re aware of the issues and working on them or even just say, we currently don’t know how to fix that and apologize. But leaving us in the dark forever (even over minor tickets submitted) is going to make your consumers turn on you.
The only communication anymore is… here’s your content! Completely ignoring complaints and requests.
Don’t forget the absurd “no need for speculation post” one of the mods made earlier this year as the servers kept crashing and they didn’t give us any idea what was happening.

If I can't play others online in a "fair game", then I have no reason what-so-ever to play the DD mode.
This means I have no reason to play the RTTS mode either.
So what am I left with, play against the CPU or play online against real-life friends for no rank...Might as well not buy the game at all then.

Someone recently kept intentionally walking me recently but I don't remember what happened the rest of the game. I don't think I've had any freeze offs lately so maybe he did it for nothing. I was of course wondering what he was doing. Now maybe I know.

As long the money keeps pouring in, nothing is going to change and god knows they will never communicate to the community about issues with the game. Heck, they don’t even do live streams anymore. They are all prerecorded as they don’t want to face their customers.

I'm glad this video was made .... because I haven't played online and had no idea about freeze-offs and glitches. So wack!!!!
I'm relieved though, offline is chill zone and the Parallel system is awesome!!!

I wonder if these guys that do the freeze offs for 12 hours plus while they are DOWN IN THE GAME realize that they could probably have easily used that time to earn more rank points than they would have by waiting out a freeze off? It is all mind boggling to me.
On top of that if you are worried about losing the rank points and not getting them back.......maybe you are not good enough YET.....to make World Series and if you practice instead of cheating and holding freeze outs you might make it to WS naturally?

What, Collin popping in once a week to pat himself on the back for doing the bare minimum by reading “almost” everything or comment on a cards facial hair isn’t enough communication for your liking?

My great nephew communicates better than SDS. And he’s not even two yet.

It’s crazy how SDS has known about all this and we haven’t had a single patch since mid May
And I’m not sure if I’d even call that last update a patch anyway. It did nothing lol

Come on guys. We can't be speculating about these things. Let's just wait until SDS let's us know what is going on.
By then we will all be dead and there will be nothing to stress about

I just wish I could be a fly on the wall. Would be interesting to know the reasoning they give their employees to not respond to anything anymore. It was like the fire just got out of control and they said “let it burn.” And they can do that without consequences because of micro transactions.

I can't believe how many people buy stubs. It's freakin unbelievable. If I were them (SDS) I would do exactly what they are doing... no communication because it might disrupt income. No way I am going to ruin that income stream, none!

I'm hoping the same but I have a good thing it will be one ore the other, not both. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they just handed out bans instead of fixing the problem, when both should happen

No one is getting banned, they won't do anything that stops income from stubs.
