Right, but the goal is to make it as realistic as possible, that's the goal of any simulation style game... And the Show is definitely a simulation of baseball, so we should all want it to play as realistic as possible....

Except they are advertising the game as a baseball simulation, it's not an arcade game. players in real life can make great contact on a pitch and lineout or flyout, you don't see them complain that they should get rewarded for making great contact that goes right to a guy.

Exactly. Couldn’t stand how arcady it was before the patch. What was so wrong with the way 19 played. I thought it was pretty realistic. When this game came out it was a homerfest. Like I’m painting corners that are getting jacked. Dumb

It’s just a place to complain bud. The guys that are happy with the patch are too busy playing. Only reason I’m on here is cause I noticed the game got way better all of a sudden and wanted to see if they patched it.

Well, I was just being sarcastic. Neither.309, nor .285 are “video game” numbers.
My point was (IMO) patching the hitting when much of the community is still in Regular Season or All Star is heavy handed.

Ya but .309 and every hit was a homer. Was just getting sick of hitting homeruns. Should not get sick of hitting homeruns. If they make it easier to hit which I don’t find that much harder right now. Just make it more hits. Not more home runs

Not true bud. I mean it’s harder but it should be. If a pitcher is hitting his spots he shouldnt be getting raked all over the yard. I felt I was painting before and guys were hitting it out or I was hitting pitches out that shouldn’t be. They need to find a happy medium I guess. But to say it was good before. I don’t get it. I want a sim baseball game. Not whatever that was.

19 started out horrible but didn’t end horrible to me, still playing 19 franchise now ... I still haven’t picked up 20... What’s so bad about it ?
It seems as if 95% of the people on these forums have never played franchise. it's all DD this and DD that.
DD sucks!!! Franchise is where it's at. More realistic too.
