Just earned the 99 Jackie Robinson. Played an away game, and got booed. I get that simple coding of the game where fans boo the away team at the plate, but surely, there's a handful of players that regardless of home and away should not get booed or possible even cheered for. thinking robinson, doby, minoso, Aaron, and other players who transcend the game.

    food for thought.

There's no hyphen in booed. I'm offended.

It must have identified as booed without the hyphen.

So not booing black players is what you mean, right?
Yes, we should all be very careful. We do live in a Cancel Culture society.
Haven't we [censored]*d off Jackie Robinson enough?
At this point, it's shameless posturing. Jackie was a great player, but "transcending the sport"? Robinson himself would be embarrassed by all of the attention.
He just wanted to be a ballplayer, but the guilt ridden white folk had to make themselves feel better. So fast forward 50 years and his number gets retired across baseball.
Don't kid yourself-- The Show is trying to prove how "woke" they are by riding Jackie's jock for about the 5th year in a row.

    Not boo black players?
They got a lot more than booed. But they got over it.
    We should too.

Cancellation from the boards in 5,4,3,2...

Dude, no need to start a race war in here! This is baseball and is a diverse sport and has been for a long time. Bury the racist [censored] and move forward!

Sounds like you really got inside the mind and heart of Jackie Robinson; so much that you’re able to be a spokesperson for him. Kudos for having had that personal relationship with Jackie.

There are 2 teams in the game of baseball. These teams take turns hosting eachother.
The fans will come watch their home team play.
They will cheer their team, and boo the other team to show support for their home town team.
    The end...

    I'm sorry, snowflake.
I did happen to read a biography about Robinson where he said the exact things I posted.
He just wanted to be a ballplayer.
Don't be a SJW knob just for the sake of being one.
Nothing I said was racist or inflammatory.
