The fact that you were 9-0 and lost your run on a freeze off sucks. The servers are horrible and I’ve lost countless games since launch from freeze offs and disconnects. It needs to be better, a lot better and I completely understand your frustration.
That being said, you have absolutely no proof that this person did anything and now you are calling them out by their PSN and trying to harass them. I feel like it’s more than likely to be the servers than someone playing the game and pressing the “Freeze-off cheat code” to screw you out of your run.

Ive played thousands of games of MLB and I have never had the game freeze when in such a convenient manner. Guy was down 1-0 in the bottom of the second facing runners on 2nd and 3rd with nobody out. He had three lefties coming up because he emptied his bench in the first inning stacking his lefties at the top of the order against my right handed starter. He then proceeds to let the game sit there in a freeze for more than an hour regardless of if it was his fault.
The whole thing is a joke.

You were up 1-0 with guys on base in BR. I had a game last year up 14-1 when I was like 7-0 and I lost a freeze off. It happens. You’re example isn’t even close to that bad and “obvious” cheating or cheese.

Watch how he brings in a bad lefty to face a righty even though had a righty in. Then watch how he throws wild and catcher throws to wrong base, attempt number one, then he tries again and succeeds. This guy was eventually banned.

That’s crazy, I’ve only had one this year and it happened after the same thing. I left my game on freeze for 10 hours ( went to bed, ate , then checked) dude still wanted that RS win so I just quit out. Who cares on that but BR going for 9-0 or longer and that puppy would still be on freeze for 2 weeks lol

Everything the guy did from first pitch wreaked of desperation. Then he magically gets a freeze when the game turns drastically in my favor. Doubt it.

Just checked the game log and he did make a pitching change.

I’ve had several freeze off games & they almost all occur when someone is trying to steal & it switches to the camera behind home plate. That seems to be the instigator.
