The simple solution is refund those who are dissatisfied and fix the bugs for those who intend to keep playing. SDS is harming its reputation with this release.

I don't want refund and I don't need any compensation in game, but how could I enjoy this game, when I'm constantly booted from every mode I'm trying to play?
I played 800 hours in Show 20, so I'm really not ready to give up with 21, but what can I do?
SDS are gonna either fix this issues or they will never see my money again, simple as that -

If you're unsatisfied with the game you can certainly spend some time actually understanding the Constitution and what your rights actually are and who they actually protect you from. It's amazing to me that the folks that scream about their constitutional rights have the least knowledge about the Constitution.

The Constitution protects you from the Governement, not Sony FFS. How are we a little under 234 years since the document was signed and people still don't actually understand it?

......I mean, you can't forfeit constitutional rights that you don't have. The first five words of the First Amendment are "Congress shall make no law..."
SDS ain't Congress. They can do whatever they want on a forum that they own. What can't happen is that the police can't put you in prison for asking for a refund.
ALSO - the server issues are COMPLETE garbage and consumers should be compensated for the time lost and opportunities lost. At the VERY least they need to extend the time available to complete deadlined programs like the 1st Inning.

How would they be able to improve next year if they refund everyone? You need money to make improvements... Baseball season is long, these game errors will improve, hopefully.
Also, $100 for many many hours of eventual entertainment this summer is still a bargain, if you are an adult with a job...

I agree with this, they ABSOLUTELY SHOULD issue refunds for the game to everyone at this point. They make WAY more off stub sales every year the game sales anyway. They ALWAYS have server issues every single year.....something which makes ZERO sense to me...how can you have ONE job, which is to make ONE game every year....yet have the same issue year after year.... it truly is inexcusable

I literally went to Best Buy and bought a copy of MLB 20. I knew I shouldn't have gotten rid of my copy! But I was duped by SDS again with this pile of hot garbage. SDS YOU GUYS JUST LOST A 15 YEAR CUSTOMER. MLB 20 is now my official baseball game. I'm returning my copy of MLB 21 & I'm not playing again until RTTS/DD integration & Online integration/Single Player integration is gone. I will not support your products if this how you guys treat your long time customers. I know, I'm one drop in a pond, probably doesn't matter that much to you guys, but I hope SDS starts losing customers because of this B.S. & they start ACTUALLY listening to the fans

It usually has server issues for maybe 72 hours MAX. I have been on the show since inception back in 05. This has been going on for TWO WEEKS now as of tomorrow. This is nothing but unacceptable imo.
