Right? Double xp of zero xp is still zero xp lol. Hell they can come in here right now and be like "We're giving you 10 TIMES XP for the rest of the month" and it wouldnt matter.

But, in all seriousness, I hope they resolve it soon. As someone who builds servers and server farms all day, you can have 1000 servers, but if there's no load balancing to evenly distribute users/data, you're asking for trouble. Not saying that's the issue, but could be a part of it.

If you are receiving 0 xp make sure your sliders are set to default, if you adjust them you will not get xp.

You don't get Double XP for that. ..You only get double XP from playing games. Anything that is tied to Exchanges ot Program Completions isn't doubled.
You only get the original 35K for completing Showdown, you only get the original 35K for obtaining Eric Davis, and if you haven't completed the pre-order 42 Collection yet, you'll only get the original 50K for that.
Now, if you didn't get the original 35K for beating the 1st Inning Showdown, that's a different story.

Yea i never adjusted my sliders and i did the delete and reinstall trick the guy from support told me. I was getting regular xp before the delete/install and now im getting nothing.

It only applies to "play" XP, not reward XP.

Sounds like they expect "indefinite" time for these problems to continue. And double XP is no compensation at all when I cannot acquire even single XP.

This is exactly the problem. I finally have some time to log on this weekend, can't get into DD. I can do MTO but get the message that my games won't be eligible for rewards. Rtts has never given exp or program progress for me (just player stat exp). Oh well.

I have been getting single XP today in DD and other modes. Maybe double XP it is just a lie? Not that it matters since half the time I get no XP anyway. Playing offline is def not giving double XP (such as exhibition mode). Even playing offline is not a way out of this madness.

Nope. Ive spent 100% of my time in or trying to get into DD. I went through it with the support, he asked the same questions, told me to delete and reinstall. I did that and got no xp yesterday. Im actually back to getting zp today.....just not double xp.

This just shows you they have no clue what’s wrong or how to fix it. You can give all the extra xp you want, if we keep getting server errors you don’t gain any xp.
I’m halfway thru the 1st inning showdown and lost the mission due to this happening. I’m doing conquest only for xp from now on -
