My thoughts would be, who cares? At this stage of the game, I wouldn’t mind and I say that as someone who has paid for Alomar, Chipper, Sale etc. If they don’t do something, there’s little chance for new and lesser skilled players to ever field the cards they dream of owning.

I think they nailed it this year with ability to earn stubs. If you take away the COVID stay at home factor, many wouldn’t have had the time to have the stubs they do.

Just make the pack 500k and have it be 1 random WS or BR reward. Not even a choice pack. Make it the ultimate gamble.

I don't understand this argument. Stubs should be easy to come by to an extent. They nailed it this year. Why would you want to have to spend real money on video game currency or spend days on end to aquire them in game?
I don't have to spend real currency. Ws and br rewards should be hard to come by. Either be good enough to earn them, or put the work in through the market. The way sds did it this year, was by giving stubs out like candy. Because of that you have people who are either not good enough to earn them, or refuse to put the time in on the market. The end result of this is people having a lot of stubs, that did absolutely nothing to earn them. This has led to the glut of million dollars on br cards you see now.

Over your head. That you could have five of him now without being good, or working the market, just further proves sds gave out too many stubs. That they gave out too many, leads to the numerous million dollar orders you have now.

Simply stating I don’t see an issue with a one time million dollar pack for a non sellable card this time of game cycle. I run my own business and find it hilarious that if someone wanted to drop $500 on stubs to buy certain cards right now they simply can’t. Doesn’t make to much sense to me. So please try and clarify some more. 🥸
Those dudes on their high horse always make me laugh. They seem to use the game more for esteem rather than for fun.

I'd be good with 1 million stubs for a no sell WS/BR card (all choices available). If some die hard Mets fan late to the game wants a guy like Gary Carter that's currently unobtanium, I don't think a pack like that is going to hurt much. I would love to be able to play with Mize a bit, but at the rate of him moving at 1-2 transactions per day, I'm not wasting 2 months on a million stub order.

Yep. Ingot enough to buy a few of them but the problem is not many are sold
