Stubs not available in Europe

Can you see the stubs but not purchase or do they not show up at all in the store for you?

Thanks for the reply! No the stubs are not showing up at all in the store! Either in game or outside it (in the ps4 store)

It looks like they are available now! Both in game and in the ps4 store thanks
